Abstract

Introduction and Purpose of the Research:Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment as one of the important organizational variables can be influenced by the leaders of the organization and their way of dealing with them, when employees trust their leaders, their commitment and job satisfaction will increase.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership with organizational commitment and job satisfaction among the employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi Province.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership with organizational commitment and job satisfaction among the employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi Province. Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive correlational. The statistical population includes all employees of the Sports and Youth Department of Khorasan Razavi province in 1397, including 175. Using random sampling method and Cochran formula, 120 samples were selected. Collected data was collected from the Collected Ethics Leadership Questionnaire (2011), Allen & Meyer (1990) Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1990), and Visoki & Chroma (1991) Job Satisfaction Questionnaire.The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the opinion of sports management professors and their reliability was 0.82, 0.76 and 0.92, using Cronbach's alpha test, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the statistical data. Data analysis was performed using software. Findings:The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between employees' perceptions of ethical leadership with organizational commitment and job satisfaction among staff of the Sports and Youth Department of Khorasan Razavi province, Also, the results of regression analysis showed that among components of ethical leadership, power distribution and fairness components are a significant predictor for employee's job satisfaction and all components of ethical leadership are a significant predictor for three dimensions of organizational commitment of employees. Conclusion:The results show that creating an ethical atmosphere in the organization and paying attention to organizational activities within the framework of ethical codes and ethical leadership in the organization is influential on organizational commitment and job satisfaction among the staff of the Sports and Youth Department of Khorasan Razavi province.
