Abstract

A optic constants analyzer was manufactured for optic materials. The system automatically analyzes the optical dielectric constant, optical dielectric loss, optical conductivity and optical mechanism of metal oxide semiconductors. Zinc oxide nanopowders are synthesized by FYRTONIX hydrothermal system. The system measures the optical dielectric constant, dielectric loss, optical conductivity of zinc oxide materials from low frequency to high frequencies. The optical constants analysis system plots automatically optical real part of dielectric constant vs frequency, optical dielectric loss vs frequency, Cole-cole curve and optical conductivity vs frequency.
