Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the barriers of behavior of tourism development in the Ardebil province at micro, Meso and macro levels . Therefore, in the methodology of this study, we tried to use any method that would assist in the validity of information and results. In order to achieve this goal, in this research, three different methods were used to adapt the findings with theoretical model of research. Such a method, called the methodology of Triangulation, emphasizes the multiplicity of research methods and their integration. Therefore, this research is based on the purpose of the study, which is a part of applied and exploratory research that is carried out by survey and field analysis. Statistical analyzes are performed to test the hypotheses using Excel, SPSS software. For the elaboration of multiple models, the structural equation modeling with software application LISREL was used. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of tourism development with organisation,Cultural,Social, Social abstacles, Social Capital and Individual Abstacle was 0/439, 0/659, 0/644, 0/583 & 0/101. Also, from the viewpoint of tourists, this variables is explaining in whole 0.58 of variety in dependent variable. Also, based on the assumptions given, while the successful province (Isfahan province) has a significant difference in the variables of social tolerance, universalism and collectivism with Ardebil province, on the contrary, in social capital variables, and adherence to the norm of honesty, Ardabil province in terms of These variables are in better condition than Isfahan, and this conclusion is not consistent with the research hypothesis. The results of diagnostic analysis showed that the variables of social capital, attachment to the norm of integrity in the reverse direction had the ability to predict the membership of individuals in the two groups. That is, respondents in Ardebil province in relation to these variables were in a better position than respondents in Isfahan province, which, of course, was not consistent with the theoretical assumptions of the research. The analysis of structural equations showed that variable of cultural components with 0.63 on patterns of normative patterns and the patterns of normative patterns with 0.93 on the variable of social capital affecting Is. The results of the SWOT model showed that 14 strengths and 12 weaknesses can be identified as internal factors and 14 opportunities and 10 threats as external environmental factors for developing strategies and strategies for tourism development in Ardebil province. The SWOT matrix also included 5 offensive strategies, 4 conservative strategies, 3 competitive strategies and 3 defensive strategies
