Background and aim: entering impaired person to society, encounter them with mental-social problems, including career problems, that it causes subsequent problems. Thus, aim of this research was to investigate the ways of empowerment for impaired persons, based on type and severity of Impairment in Ardabil Province (focused on Career empowerment). Method and materials: research method was practical in regard to purpose and ex-post facto in regard to method and data gathering. We used this method because of data and information for responding to research questions covered in research literature. Research measures included questionnaire and interview of participants about their satisfaction on received Facilities. Statistical community included all impaired persons of Ardabil province that supported by wellbeing organization and selected by Stratified sampling. Findings: findings of this research shown that career empowerment in the form of facilities for impaired persons, was effective in sensory-motor, visual and Hearing impairment. But, career empowerment in mental impairment has not significant effect and Facilities in city domain was more effective than rural domain. Empowerment for men was more effective than for women. Conclusion: results of this research indicate that all current solutions in this research, first of all can be offer to wellbeing organization and help them in providing vary policies for empowering vary groups of impaired persons. In addition, this finding can introduced to mentors, practitioners, families and staffs, in relation to the job of impaired persons. It can help then in coping with their problems, especially career problems and subsequently sufficient intervention and educational workshops provide.

| Persian Abstract: | زمینه و هدف: ورود معلولان به عرصه جامعه، آنان را در معرض دشواری¬های روانی – اجتماعی از جمله مسائل و مشکلات شغلی قرار می¬دهد که می¬تواند زمینه بروز مشکلات بعدی را در آنان ایجاد نماید. لذا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی راه-های توانمندسازی معلولین بر حسب نوع و شدت معلولیت در استان اردبیل (با تاکید بر توانمندسازی حرفه¬ای) انجام گرفت. روش و مواد: روش تحقیق مورد استفاده به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش و نحوه گرد¬آوری داده¬ها علی- مقایسه-ای بود. به این دلیل از این روش استفاده می¬شود که داده¬ها و اطلاعات در دسترس برای پاسخ به مسئله تحقیق در روش¬ها و دستورالعمل¬های موجود در ادبیات تحقیق نهفته است. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه و مصاحبۀ از مشارکت¬کنندگان در مورد رضایت آنها از تسهیلات ارائه شده می¬باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلولین استان اردبیل می¬باشد که زیر پوشش بهزیستی قرار دارند و از بین آنها نمونه¬گیری به صورت طبقه¬بندی شده صورت گرفت یافته¬ها: یافته¬های این پژوهش نشان داد که توانمندسازی شغلی از طریق تسهیلات برای معلولین، در معلولیت¬های جسمانی-حرکتی، بینایی و ناشنوایی موثر بوده است. اما توانمندسازی شغلی از طریق ارائۀ تسهیلات برای افراد دارای معلولیت ذهنی تاثیر معنی¬داری نداشته است و همچنین ارائه تسهیلات در سطح شهر کمک بیشتری به توانمندسازی شغلی معلولین کرده است. در مورد جنسیت نیز، مردان بیشتر از زنان به واسطۀ تسهیلات ارائه شده توانمند شده¬اند. نتیجه¬گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر حاکی از آن خواهد بود که تمامی راهکارهای موجود در این تحقیق می¬تواند قبل از هر گروهی، در اختیار سازمان بهزیستی قرار بگیرد و به آنها در ارائه سیاست¬های مختلف جهت توانمندسازی گروه¬های مختلف معلولین کمک کند. ضمناً، این یافته¬ها می¬تواند در اختیار مربیان، متخصصان، خانواده¬ها، مسئولین در ارتباط با شغل این گونه افراد و حتی خود فرد معلول قرار گیرد تا هر چه بیشتر در کاهش مشکلات مذکور به خصوص مشکلات شغلی فایق -آیند |
