Abstract

Plan to reduce wheat losses from production to consumption in the form of scientific projects under the National Research Council is coducting. Although the average grain losses of combines in the advanced countries is estimated to be 4 to 5 percent, unfortunately according to researches in this field, this amounts up to 20% have been reported for Iran. If the issue blackcurrant losses seen at the macro level, it is necessary to clarify the situation somewhat fleet of the country's grain harvest. Combine Kurdistan (k130) to build new companies several years in the country are produced and used by farmers. In this study the travel speed in three levels (V1, V2, V3) 1/5, 2 and 2/5 km per hour and height of the cutting head combines in three levels (H1, H2, H3) 10, 15 and 20 cm in farms with different performance levels of 3200, 4800 and 6500 kg per hectare to evaluate the head loss harvesting, the threshing and separation system combines Kurdistan (K130) were investigated. SAS software to evaluate the results of randomized complete block in a split plot design with three replications and Duncan test, was used for statistical analysis. Results show that grain losses in quickly travel speed (2.5 km per hour), the lowest cutting height of 10 cm and a maximum yield of 6,500 kg per hectare occurred.
