Abstract

The aim of this study was to compare the University of Mohaghegh Ardabil, University of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University of Ardabil in compliance with the learner organization based on Watkins, and Marsik model. The aim of this study is applied and the method is causal-comparative.The population of this study is 320 members of the full-time faculty members in the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili,181 members of Medical sciences and 200 members of Islamic Azad University of Ardabil in 94-95 year. The statistical sample consisted of 150 samples (each university has 50 samples) of full-time faculty members of mentioned universities in the city of Ardabil were selected through random sampling method. Required data were collected through standardized Watkins and Marsik questionnaire. The validity of the applied tool was obtained using experts’ opinion and also reliability of the instrument was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.96. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t one sample, analysis of multivariate variance and post hoc test L.S.D). Findings from analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that there is a significant difference between the variables mean of the learner organization in three universities. Also the results of post hoc test L.S.D indicated a significant difference between Islamic Azad University of Ardabil and University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in the learner organization variables, so that the amount of obtained mean has become the benefit of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. But there is no significant couple difference between universities of Mohaghegh Ardabili - Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad- Medical Sciences. In addition, the results of analysis test of multivariate variance in dicated shows significant difference of linear combination of variable of creation of continuous learning approtunities,promotion of searching and dialogue,persuading society and collaborative learning, disposition systems to access and share learing,empower people toward a collective vision, connect the organization to its environment and leadership model and support of learning among three universities.
