Abstract

Research Aim:The purpose of this study was to validate the questionnaire on identifying and directing top talent and its relationship with Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Scale. Research method:The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study (three schools) of Ardebil elementary schools in district 1 of Ardabil in the academic year of 98-97, among them 238 students were selected using available sampling method and the Shahab questionnaire. Where teachers responded and multiple intelligences that students responded to. Confirmatory factor analysis and Pearson correlation were used for data analysis. Findings: Results showed that Shahab questionnaire had good reliability such that the whole reliability of the test was 0.98 and was able to accurately measure the validity of the verbal subscale, while the rest of the subscales had relatively acceptable validity. The Shahab Questionnaire and Gardner Multiple Intelligence Questionnaire were subjected to similarity scales, which were observed only in the mathematical similarity subscale. Conclusion:It can be concluded that the Shahab questionnaire has good validity and its validity in the verbal subscale was very good and was able to measure the rest of the subscales to an acceptable level, but in the correlational part of the subscales of the Shahab questionnaire with Gardner's multiple intelligence scale is only correlated with the mathematical subscale.
