Abstract
The purpose of this study was Validation of a Multicultural Competence Scale in School Counselors and Relationship with Cultural Intelligence and Job Satisfaction. The method was correlational Of a kind Factor analysis. The statistical population of this study were male and female school consultants Gilan and Ardabil In the academic year 2015-2016, of which 302 counselor (157 women and 145 men) were selected by convenience sampling method. Multicultural school psychology competency inventory, Cultural intelligence questionnaire and Minnesota Job satisfaction questionnaire used to data gathering. Data were analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and Pearson correlation. The results of the validation method the internal consistency showed that reliability scale Multicultural school psychology competency through Cronbach's alpha was 0/95. Studies related to the face validity, concurrent, former and the structural was confirms validity of the scale. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that such as mail form this scale has three factors such as Client-Centered knowledge and skills, Second Language & Non-Traditional Skills and Introspection Awareness & Skills. Also Results indicate that positive significant between Multicultural Competence and job satisfaction And the multicultural competence and cultural intelligence school counselors. According to the results of this study, Multicultural school psychology competency is tools reliable and valid for assessing amount competency of school counselors multicultural and cultural intelligence and job satisfaction is important variables related to multicultural competence in Of school counselors. | Persian Abstract: | پژوهش حاضر با هدف اعتیاریابی مقیاس صلاحیت چندفرهنگی روانشناسی مدرسه در مشاوران مدارس و رابطه آن با هوش فرهنگی و رضایت شغلی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع تحلیل عاملی بود. جامعه¬ی آماری پژوهش را مشاوران زن و مرد مدارس استان اردبیل و گیلان در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 تشکیل می¬دادند که از میان آنها 302 مشاور (157 زن و 145 مرد) با روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع¬آوری داده¬ها از پرسشنامه¬ی صلاحیت چندفرهنگی روانشناسی مدرسه (MSPCI)، پرسشنامه¬ی هوش فرهنگی (CIQ) و پرسشنامه¬ی رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا (MSQ) استفاده شد. داده¬ها با استفاده از آزمون¬های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. نتایج حاصل از اعتبارسنجی به شیوه¬ی همسانی درونی نشان داد که اعتبار مقیاس صلاحیت چندفرهنگی روانشناسی مدرسه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 است. بررسی¬های مرتبط با روایی صوری، همزمان، پیش¬بین و سازه مؤید روایی مقیاس مذکور بود. یافته¬های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی همانند فرم اصلی نشان داد که این مقیاس دارای سه عامل دانش و مهارت¬های مراجع محوری، مهارت¬های غیرمرسوم و زبان دوّم و آگاهی و مهارت¬های درونگری است. همچنین یافته¬ها حاکی است بین صلاحیت چندفرهنگی و رضایت شغلی و صلاحیت چندفرهنگی و هوش فرهنگی مشاوران مدارس رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می¬توان نتیجه گرفت که مقیاس صلاحیت چندفرهنگی روانشناسی مدرسه، ابزاری قابل اعتماد و روا برای سنجش میزان صلاحیت چندفرهنگی مشاوران مدارس می¬باشد و هوش فرهنگی و رضایت شغلی از متغیر¬های مهم و مرتبط با صلاحیت چندفرهنگی در مشاوران مدارس می¬باشد. كليد واژه¬ها: اعتباریابی، صلاحیت چندفرهنگی، مشاوران مدارس، هوش فرهنگی، رضایت شغلی | ||||
