Abstract
The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of self-compassion, forgiveness and emotional expression in predicting psychological well-being of the infertile women. This research is a correlational descriptive study. The population of the present study included all the infertile women that referred to Qafqaz infertility center in the city of Ardabil in1394, The sample was consisted of 90 infertile women who selected by convenience sampling and completed Ryff's scale of psychological Well-Being (SPWB), Neff's scale of Self Compassion and Emotional Expression Questionnaire (EEQ). Collected data was analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions. Results of the research indicated that there are significant positive relationship between self-compassion, forgiveness and emotional expression with psychological well-being in the infertile women. According to the findings 42 percent of the variance in psychological well-being is explained by self-compassion, 40 percent by forgiveness, and 17 percent of this variance is explained by emotional expression (P<0/01). Due to importance of the role of self-compassion, forgiveness and emotional expression in predicting psychological well-being of the infertile women the results indicate the need for necessary training in this field. This study have important implications on the need for greater psychological support for infertile women. | Persian Abstract: | هدف مطالعه¬ی حاضر بررسی نقش دلسوزی به خود، بخشایش و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش¬بینی بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان نابارور بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه-ی زنان نابارور مراجعه¬کننده به مرکز ناباروری قفقاز در شهر اردبیل در سال 94 تشکیل داد. نمونه¬ی آماری متشکل از90 زن نابارور بود که به روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس از بین جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند و پرسش¬نامه¬های سنجش بهزیستی روانشناختی ((SPWB، مقیاس دلسوزی به خود نف، پرسش¬نامه بخشایش و پرسش¬نامه ابرازگری هیجانی (EEQ) را تکمیل نمودند. داده¬های جمع¬آوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین دلسوزی به خود، بخشایش و ابرازگری هیجانی با بهزیستی روانشناختی در زنان نابارور رابطه مثبت معنی¬داری وجود دارد. براساس یافته¬ها 42 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی روانشناختی به ¬وسیله¬ی دلسوزی به خود، 40 درصد از واریانس آن به وسیله¬ی بخشایش و همچنین 17 درصد از واریانس آن به وسیله¬ی ابرازگری هیجانی تبیین می¬شود (01/0>P). با توجه به اهمیت نقش دلسوزی به خود، بخشایش و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش¬بینی بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان نابارور، نتایج بیانگر لزوم آموزش¬های لازم در این زمینه است. هم¬چنین این مطالعه حاوی تلویحات مهمی در مورد لزوم حمایت بیشتر از زنان نابارور از لحاظ روانشناختی می¬باشد. كليد واژه¬ها: دلسوزی به خود، بخشایش، ابرازگری هیجانی، زنان، بهزیستی روانشناختی، ناباروری | ||||
