Abstract
Research Aim: The aim of this research was studying the effectiveness of Behavioral activation therapy and Neurofeedback therapy on Frontal alpha EEG asymmetry and neurocognitive functions in patients with depression. Research method: The study population consisted of referred persons to the Tabriz hygiene center with depression disorder in 1396. 45 persons were selected and placed random (15 persons in each group, Data analyzed by Spss software 16 versions and MANCOVA analysis. Findings: Data analysis showed that behavioral activation therapy leads to decrease in alpha asymmetry in follow up period (P≤0/001) but not in post-test (P=0/3). Also, no change was observed in F3 (P=0/25) and F4 (P=0/30). Cognitive flexibility (P<0/001in perseveration error) (P<0/001 in formed classes) and selective attention (P<0/001) were improved. Also, the symptoms of depression were decreased in experimental group but there was no changes in the activity of right hemisphere (P= 0/47). In neurofeedback group the results shiwed that this method leads to increased activity in left frontal lobe (P≤0/001), decreased activity in right frontal lobe (P≤0/001), increase in cognitive flexibility(P=0/001 in perseveration error and P≤0/001 in formed classes) and improve in selective attention(P=0/94). Conclusion: According to the results of this research that showed the effectiveness of two therapeutic plans, it can be concluded that behavioral activation and neurofeedback are effectiveness methods for improvement of cognitive inflexibility and selective attention and leads to some of changes in alpha waves in frontal lobe.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مقایسه اثربخشی درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری و نوروفیدبک بر عدم تقارن EEG آلفا در لوب فرونتال، کارکردهای نوروسایکولوژیک و علایم در بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی صورت گرفت. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون چند گروهی و پیگیری با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل افراد مراجعه‌کننده در سال 1396 به مرکز بهداشت شهر تبریز که مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی تشخیص داده شده اند، بود که نمونه ای 45 نفره انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار داده شدند (هر گروه 15 نفر). و به به وسیله آزمون های افسردگی بک، آزمون ویسکانسین، آزمون استروپ و دستگاه نوروفیدبک ارزیابی شدند و سپس هرکدام از اعضای یکی از گروه های آزمایش تحت 10 هفته (هر هفته 1 جلسه) مداخله فعال‌سازی رفتاری و اعضای گروه آزمایش دیگر تحت بیست جلسه درمانی نوروفیدبک (هر هفته دو جلسه 30 دقیقه ای) قرار گرفتند و داده ها با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل کوریانس چند متغیری تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری منجر به کاهش D در مرحله پیگیری شد (001/0P≤). به علاوه منجر به کاهش انعطاف ناپذیری شناختی(001/0>P در خطای درجاماندگی) (001/0>P در طبقات تشکیل شده) و بهبود توجه انتخابی (001/0>P) گردید. همچنین علایم افسردگی (001/0>P) کاهش یافت. نتیجه‌گیری: تیجه گیری می شود که درمان های نوروفیدبک و فعال سازی رفتاری در اصلاح عدم تقارن امواج آلفای لوب فرونتال، بهبود انعطاف پذیری شناختی و توجه انتخابی موثر است اما در اصلاح عدم تقارن، درمان نوروفیدبک کارآمدتر می باشد. | ||||||
