Abstract

In this thesis, Transhahri thoughts like shaharmani(King Ideal), Farrah Izadi(Divine charisma), Adalat(Justice), Rasti(thruth), Keeping religion and state, Tasahol and Tasamoh(Toleance) and etc, in Sandbadnameh have been investigated. In Sandbadnameh , the king have special importance and sanctity, which the ability of all affuirs assigned to him, so that, the king is counaed as the representative of god on the earth. The king is the blessing, which com not be achivide with effort and demand, but he must howe divine approval and divine charisma. From the light of thise shine, who can be kingdom and the graceful of thron.the king must be futuristic and for thoughtful and also the king should train a tactful successor for administration of country. One of the best characteristics of kingdom is consulation and counsel in statecraft task, which has been attracted specially in sandbadnameh, and also to have the goo friends and ministers, shows the policy and plan of the king. all of these characteristics, helps to the apprerance of an ideal city, which is the longtime wish of people.A city with equal social rights for human, and eithout injustice for no one. With exact study on sandbadnameh, we will find, that this book full of the Iranshahri thougths which had an important impact of that to the Islamic era. The king must be the religion and kingdom together becausethere are complete together.infact, religiosity legitimated kingdom and since the king is the god representative in the earth, therefore he must perform all gods commandments without literally.wisdom and knowledge are anothe essentials of the king. The king must have wisdom, inside and brilliance to find the merit of seating on throne.the king must also caused to the strength of social relation between people and tribe, by honestly and intesrity.in fact, truely the salvation and virtue and order depends on their existence. Also, the king mustbe impartical, justice is an ornament, which makes happiness and redemption.one of the most importanat characteristics of sanbadnameh is observance of justice by the king. This justice must be with over and sacrifice, ofcourse a dedication with policis.
