Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of holographic reprocessing therapy on improrement of traumatic memories and Posttraumatic Cognitions in Womens asked divorce. Method: this study to method experimental Of type pretest-posttest was with control group .Among all women of divorce applicant of court Bijar city in 1394, 30 patients were simple randomly selected and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups divided. Each group comprised 15 patients. To collect information from questionnaires understanding of trauma, PTSD Scale Mississippi, general health questionnaires (GHQ) and cognitive emotion regulation(CERQ-P( was used. And The data analyzed by descriptive indicators and covariance analysis test. Results: The results Analysis of covariance showed a significant difference There was between the mean scores of post-test two experimental and control groups in symptom total score PTSD)F=53/75, P<0.000), Intrusive memories)F=53/55, P<0.000), Problem in interpersonal relation)F=41/44, P<0.000), Inability to control affections) F=39/76, P<0.000), Depression)F=51/27, P<0.000), Score general recognition of post-traumatic)F=22/32, P<0.000), Negative cognitions about self)F=37/20, P<0.000), Negative cognitions about the world)F=31/65, P<0.000), Self-blame)F=63/78, P<0.000), symptom total general health(F=92/98, p<0/000) cognitive emotion regulation (F=0/95, P<0/003). Conclusion: As the results show Holographic reprocessing therapy in improving Traumatic memories and recognition post-traumatic women of divorce applicant has been effective.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک در بهبود خاطرات آسیب زا و شناخت های پس آسیبی زنان متقاضی طلاق بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. از بین کلیه زنان متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به دادگاه شهرستان بیجار در سال 1394، 30 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، هر کدام 15 نفر جایگزین شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش¬نامه شناخت¬های پس از تروما، مقياس PTSDمی سی سی پی، پرسش-نامه سلامت عمومی(GHQ) و نظم جویی شناختی هیجانی(CERQ-P) استفاده و داده ها توسط شاخص¬های توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نمره کل علائم PTSD (75/53F=و000/0 p<)، خاطرات رخنه کننده (55/53F= و000/0 p<)، مشکل در ارتباطات بین فردی (44/41F= و000/0 p<)، ناتوانی در کنترل عاطفه (76/39F= و0.000p<)، افسردگی (27/51F= و000/0 p<)، نمره کلی شناخت های پس آسیبی (32/22F= و000/0 p<)، شناخت های منفی درباره خود (20/37F= و000/0 p<)، شناخت های منفی درباره جهان (65/31F= و000/0 p<)، خود سرزنشی (78/63F= و000/0 p<)، سلامت عمومی (98/92 F= و000/0p<) و نظم جویی شناختی هیجانی (95/0 F= و 003/0p<) وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: همانطور که نتایج نشان می¬دهد درمان پردازش مجدد هولوگرافیک در بهبود خاطرات آسیب زا، شناخت های پس آسیبی، سلامت عمومی و نظم جویی شناختی هیجانی زنان متقاضی طلاق موثر بوده است. | ||||
