Abstract

The aim of this study was quantitative and qualitative Kuhdasht city. The method according to the nature and method of the cross - the purpose of collecting information on the type of application and the terms of the documents and library. The study population comprised all households in the city Kuhdasht to sample all the cities and municipalities of the city Kuhdasht. Data for examining documents obtained Marnamh¬Ha. Information obtained in the two levels of descriptive median, mode, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics for quantitative indicators and qualitative data using exploratory factor analysis and varimax method of analysis it placed. Among the variables related to housing quality indicators, 18 indicators were extracted using factor analysis have been reduced to 5 factors, factors derived from factor analysis, a total of 75% of the variance in the fall. Among the five factors, the ownership of 27/43% of the variance alone covers the most influential factor in the study. Strength of 15/70% percent, 14/47% percent of Welfare, Installation of 10/71% and 7/00% percent of their soctio factor. As well as quantitative indicators of housing in the city Kuhdasht of the 13 indicators showed that only a small index was named as the cause of up to 97% of the variance covers. In order to level cities and districts of the homogeneous regions and municipalities of the city's use of cluster analysis and qualitative indicators into 5 groups in the city were classified into three groups Kuhdasht the quality index. For the Municipality of the city were divided into 4 groups of quantitative indicators. The results show that the city Kuhdasht municipalities, municipalities Flowers, dome lid, South Kuhdasht and requiring more developed eastern and western requiring municipalities, Crystal, Conan, following tight and North Kuhdasht are deprived of housing indicators.
