Abstract
In recent years the incidence of cancer in the world is unprecedented. As a common debilitating disease and cancer, a leading cause of death in children in both developed and developing countries. So pay attention to important factors such as coping, coping, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety and quality of life is necessary. The present study aimed to compare emotional and behavioral problems in children and adolescents with cancer and normal quality of life in the city of Kermanshah. This research is descriptive and causal-comparative. The study population consisted of patients admitted to three hospitals Mohammad Kermanshah, Taleghani and Imam Reza in the spring and summer of 1394 in the city of Kermanshah. And normal samples were randomly selected from among the pupils. Using a sample of 60 randomly selected sampling and coping responses to the questionnaire, Fatigue Scale Chalderan, compatibility students, depression (CDS), anxiety and quality of life questionnaires. Data received by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were analyzed using SPSS 19 statistical software. The results showed that the mean scores of coping styles dysfunctional, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety in children and adolescents with cancer is higher than normal, as well as adjustment and quality of life is lower than normal. Behavioral and emotional variables and quality of life of the strongest and most stable in people with cancer and noncancerous factors that make a difference, so the results of this study are explained.

| Persian Abstract: | در سال‌های اخیر بیماری سرطان در جهان شیوع بی‌سابقه‌ای داشته است. سرطان به عنوان یک بیماری ناتوان کننده و شایع، یکی از علل اصلی مرگ در کودکان، هم در کشورهای توسعه یافته و هم در حال توسعه است. بنابراین توجه به فاکتورهای مهم مانند سبک های مقابله، سازگاری، خستگی مزمن، افسردگی و اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی ضروری به نظر میرسد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه مشکلات رفتاری ـ هیجانی و کیفیت زندگی در کودکان و نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان و عادی در شهر کرمانشاه صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی ـ مقایسه ای می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل بیماران سرطانی مراجعه کننده به سه بیمارستان محمد کرمانشاهی، طالقانی و امام رضا در بهار و تابستان 1394 در شهر کرمانشاه بودند. و نمونه عادی از بین دانش آموزان مدارس به طور تصادفی انتخاب گردیدند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس نمونه ای به حجم 60 نفر انتخاب و به پرسشنامه های پاسخ های مقابله ای، مقیاس خستگی چالدر، سازگاری دانش آموزان، افسردگی(CDS)، اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی را پاسخ دادند. داده های دریافتی توسط آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (MANOVA) با کمک نرم افزار آماری SPSS 19 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که در تمام سبک های مقابله بین کودکان و نوجوانان عادی و دچار بیماری سرطان تفاوت معنا داری وجود دارد، تفاوت معنادار از لحاظ خستگی مزمن بین این دو گروه نیز وجود دارد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که میانگین نمرات متغیرهای سبک های مقابله ای ناکارآمد، خستگی مزمن، افسردگی، اضطراب در کودکان و نوجوانان مبتلا به بیماری سرطان بیشتر از گروه عادی است، همچنین میانگین سازگاری و کیفیت زندگی کمتر از گروه عادی است. متغییرهای رفتاری ـ هیجانی و کیفیت زندگی از قوی‌ترین و با ثباتترین عواملی هستند که در افراد سرطانی و غیرسرطانی تفاوت ایجاد می‌کنند بنابراین نتایج پژوهش حاضر قابل تبیین می باشد. | ||||||
