Abstract

The growing urban population in the past three decades and the rapid growth of urbanization in developing countries is the spread of improper physical and unbalanced deployment of the population in urban centers and the creation of informal settlements, as well as serious social problems that informal settlements is one of them. Applied research and analytical research into the My¬Gyrd. To collect the necessary information and respond to questions from library research questionnaire, interview and observation were used. Type of systematic sampling (cluster) and immediately have about 10 families in each district according to population and by 5% S·hsfhhay questionnaire has questions. To analyze the data, the data collected by the computer Kd¬Gzary then analyzed by SPSS and EXCEL software and statistical analysis was performed. The results of data analysis showed that the most important factor in the formation and spread of informal settlements needing improvement, economic factors with impact factor is 741/0. The rate for a single component of the economic decline, 741/0 of the formation and organization of informal settlements increases. Then social factors with the greatest impact on the formation and expansion coefficient 541/0 organizing informal settlements in the area is required. Namely by increasing social components in the neighborhood, the formation and expansion of informal settlements reduced regulation. Urban management component of 412/0 third impact factor is the emergence and development organization of informal settlements in the neighborhood'll need.
