Abstract
this study aims determine the effectiveness of cognitive behaviour therapy and trainning of marital communication on improving of thought and performance of women with sexual dysfunction disorder. The research method was experimental with pre-test, test_ps with the control group. The statistical universe of this research consisted of married women who reffered to psychological clinic by three obstetricians because of having sexual dysfunctions in the summer of 1395. Which due to the enterance criteria 45 were selected and randomly assigned to the two groups experimental and one control group.cognitive behaviour therapy and marital communication skills received by experimental groups in 8 sessions. Data were collected using the questionnaire of cognitive schema activation in sexual context, Hadson sexual satisfaction, Enrich marital satisfaction and female sexual function index. The research data results were analyzed using the methods of Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). Multivariate analysis of covariance showed that the experimental group's mean scores in all studied variables were significantly low than that of the control group (p<0/05). Results showed that there is no significant difference among treatment groups in terms of sexual thought and sexual prformance variables. But, there is significant difference among treatment groups in terms of sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction in other words cognitive behaviour therapy is more effective on sexual satisfaction and marital communication trainning is more effective on marital satisfaction. These results suggest that the cognitive behaviour therapy and marital communication trainning could significant impact on improving of thought and performance of women with sexual disorder.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر بخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری و آموزش ارتباط زناشویی بربهبود افکار و عملکرد جنسی زنان دارای کژکاری جنسی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را زنان متاهلی که در سال 1395 توسط متخصصان زنان زایمان به جهت کژکاری¬های جنسی به کلینیک روانشناسی نغمه زندگی شهر سنندج ارجاع داده شده بودند، تشکیل دادند که از میان آنها تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی در 3 گروه درمان شناختی رفتاری، آموزش ارتباط زناشویی و گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. شرکت کنندگان گروه شناختی رفتاری و آموزش ارتباط زناشویی مهارت ها را طی 8 جلسه دریافت نمودند برای جمع آوری داده¬ ها از پرسش نامه های برانگیختگی طرحواره های شناختی در بافت جنسی، رضایت جنسی هادسون، رضایت زناشویی انریچ و مقیاس عملکرد جنسی روزن استفاده شد.داده¬ها با روش آماری کواریانس چند متغیری و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته¬ها نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون گروه¬های آزمایش و گروه کنترل در متغیر¬های افکار جنسی ( 01 /0F=4/31;p< )، عملکرد جنسی ( 01/0p<؛ 87/34 F= )، رضایت جنسی (01/ 0p< ؛F=16/90 ) و رضایت زناشویی (01 / 0 p< ؛ 32/37 F= ) تفاوت معنی¬داری وجود دارد ( 05/0p< ). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد میانگین نمرات گروه¬های آزمایشی در متغیر¬های مورد مطالعه به طور معنی¬داری کمتر از گروه کنترل بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه¬های درمانی از لحاظ اثر بخشی بر متغیر¬های افکار جنسی و عملکرد جنسی تفاوت معنی¬داری وجود ندارد اما درمان شناختی رفتاری اثربخشی بیشتری بر رضایت جنسی و آموزش ارتباط زناشویی اثربخشی بیشتری بر رضایت زناشویی داشت. پس می¬توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان شناختی رفتاری و آموزش ارتباط زناشویی بر بهبود افکار، عملکرد، رضایت جنسی و رضایت زناشویی تاثیر معنی¬داری دارند | ||||
