Abstract

In this study, the threshing performance of an axial flow threshing unit with wet paddy was studied. Experiments were performed with four levels of speed (500,650,800 and 950 rpm), three levels of feeding rate (0.666, 1 and 1.333 kg/s) with wet paddy of Hashemi varierty in three replications. The dependent measured factors included percentage of damaged grains, threshing losses, and the ratio of MOG/G. The experiments were conducted as a factorial experiment based on randomized complete block design. Means comparisons were carried out by Duncan's multiple range test (p<1%). The results showed that the percentage of damaged grains at two levels of drum rotational speed of 500 and 650 rpm was less than 1%. Maximum MOG/G, with the mean value of 7.888%, was obtained with the rotational speed of 800 rpm and feeding rate of 0.666 kg/s. The lowest mean value was obtained in 500 rpm speed and the feeding rate of 0.666 kg/s.

Persian Abstract: در این تحقیق عملکرد کوبش یک واحد کوبش جریان محوری در کاربرد با شالی‌تر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایشات در چهار سطح سرعت (500، 650، 800 و rpm950)، سه سطح تغذیه (666/0، 1و kg/s 333/1) و با شالی‌تر رقم هاشمی در سه تکرار انجام شد. عوامل وابسته¬ی مورد اندازه‌گیری شامل درصد دانه‌های آسیب‌دیده، تلفات کوبش، و نسبت مواد غیر دانه به دانه (MOG/G) بود. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از طرح آزمایشی فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و برای مقایسه‌ی میانگین‌ها از آزمون چند دامنه¬ای دانکن (%1P<) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در تمامی سطوح سرعت دورانی واحد کوبش مورد آزمایش درصد دانه‌های آسیب‌ دیده کمتر از 1% بود. بیشترین نسبت (MOG/G) با مقدار میانگین 888/7 % در سرعت دورانی rpm 800 و میزان تغذیه‌ی kg/s 666/0 بدست آمد. کمترین مقدار میانگین آن در سرعت rpm 500 و تغذیه‌ی kg/s 666/0حاصل شد.
