Abstract

In this research the energy ruptures and tougnes in unisho in three cultivars of tangerines disruptive point of large sizes small and medium, the speed of loading of 50, 70, 90, 110 mm/min and 8 repeat the experiment in completely random factorial base studied. The result showed that the amount of energy the most disruptive at the speed of 90 mm/min against 1372mj for large sizes and in the transverse direction came and the lowest it at the speed of 90 mm/min against 232/4 mj for the small size and the t 90 mm / min is equal to 24.24 mJ for small size and in direction Longitudinally. Also for rupture energy, only the interaction effect of triple load loading, orientation and size of mandarin is significant at 5% probability level.

Persian Abstract: در این تحقیق انرژی گسیختگی و چغرمگی در نقطه گسیختگی نارنگی رقم انشو در سه اندازه بزرگ، متوسط و کوچک با سرعت های بارگذاری 50، 70، 90 و 110 میلی متر بر دقیقه و در 8 تکرار در آزمایش فاکتوریل در طرح پایه کاملا تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین میزان انرژی گسیختگی در سرعت 90 میلی متر بر دقیقه برابر0/1372 میلی ژول برای اندازه بزرگ و در جهت عرضی بدست آمد و کمترین آن در سرعت 90 میلی متر بر دقیقه برابر 4/232 میلی ژول برای اندازه کوچک و در جهت طولی بدست آمد. همچنین برای انرژی گسیختگی فقط اثر متقابل سه تایی سرعت بارگذاری ، جهت و اندازه نارنگی در سطح احتمال 5% معنی دار شده است.
