Abstract
One of the ways to reduce the vulnerability of rural communities in the dimensions against natural hazards, the resilience of these communities, which can be one of the fundamental strategies of management, planning and rural sustainable development that it is important, taking into account the influence of the role of the livelihood capital as one of the component Resilience the key done. Because having a stable livelihood assets led to the adoption of a strategy and guidelines to be rural, especially against the risks familis drought makes surprising twists. The purpose of this investigation, clarify the relationship between the investigating and defending dimensions and livelihood resilience and capital regions in the framework of the sustainable livelihood approach. The research method is descriptive-analytic with emphasis on the questionnaire. Data collected using SPSS software has been processed.. The statistical community, residents of villages in the central part of the city of Ardebil and sample size by using the formula n = 367 Cochran. The results of the research Shows that among the studied villages. Among the livelihood indicators of human capital investment amount of other assets is more economic and investment situation and poor ratings. Also of resilience among the indicators of institutional coordination and a sense of pride and honor to the order has the highest average and indicators belonging to community and the level of mechanization has the lowest average. Based on the results achieved, between natural capital, economic, human, social and physical resilience and villagers in coping with Drought in the forests there is a significant relationship between case study. | Persian Abstract: | یکی از راه های کاهش ابعاد آسیب پذیری جوامع روستایی در برابر مخاطرات طبیعی، تاب آور ساختن این جوامع است، که می‌تواند یکی از راهکارهای اصولی مدیریت، برنامه ریزی و توسعه پایدار روستایی باشد که این امر مهم، با در نظر گرفتن نقش تأثیر گذار سرمایه‌های معیشتی به عنوان یکی از مؤلفه‌های کلیدی تاب آوری انجام می پذیرد. چرا که برخورداری از سرمایه‌های معیشتی پایدار منجر به اتخاذ راهبرد و و راهکارهایی می شود که خانواران روستایی را در برابر مخاطرات بویژه خشکسالی تاب آور می سازد. هدف از این تحقیق، روشن کردن ابعاد و تبیین و واکاوی رابطه بین سرمایه‌های معیشتی و تاب آوری مناطق روستایی در چارچوب رویکرد معیشت پایدار است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی با تأکید بر پرسش نامه می‌باشد که اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با اسنفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد پردازش قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری ساکنان روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان اردبیل و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 367 نفر می‌باشد. در اين روش، معيار تعداد خانوار براي تعيين حجم نمونه روستاها مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند و با توجه به اهداف و فرضيه تحقيق از روش طبقه اي (چند مرحله اي) استفاده گرديد. آزمون مورد استفاده در تحقیق T تک نمونه ای بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که در میان روستاهای مورد مطالعه، شاخص‌های سرمایه‌های معیشتی میزان سرمایه‌های انسانی از دیگر سرمایه ها بیشتر است و سرمایه‌های اقتصادی در وضعیت و رتبه ضعیفی قرار دارند. هم چنین از میان شاخص‌های تاب آوری شاخص‌های هماهنگی نهادی و احساس غرور و افتخار به ترتیب دارای بیشترین میانگین باشند و شاخص‌های احساس تعلق به جامعه و سطح مکانیزاسیون دارای کمترین میانگین بوده اند. بر مبنای نتایج بدست آمده تحقیق، بین افزایش سرمایه‌های طبیعی، اقتصادی، انسانی، فیزیکی و اجتماعی و تاب آوری روستاییان در مقابله با خشکسالی در روستاهای مورد مطالعه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. كليد واژه¬ها: تاب آوری، خشکسالی، مخاطرات طبیعی، سرمایه‌های معیشتی، شهرستان اردبیل. | ||||
