Abstract

Research in order to identify tolerant genotypes to drought at reproductive stage on 17 genotypes of rice at the Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University as factorial experiment in a completely randomized design was conducted in 2016. In this study, six traits including number of grain per panicle, number of empty grain per panicle, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, seed weight and seed yield per plant is measured. ANOVA showed significant differences among genotypes for all of traits. Cluster analysis distinguished the genotypes into three groups, which separated the sensitive groups (Binam, Tarom mahalli, Tarom Jelodar, Dom zard, Amol -2, IR64, Poya, Sefidrud, Tarom Hashemi) and tolerant (Arias Halus and KinanagPatong), and the genotypes not found in these two groups were classified as semi-tolerant and semi-sensitive. The principal component analysis of the indices showed that about 97.263 percent of the total variation was restored by two main components for the re-watering level. The main component for re-watering level explained 70.417 of the changes, which had positive and significant coefficients in TOL, MP, GMP and STI indices, and the second component justifies about 26.846 which has a positive coefficient and is significant in the SSI index. identified tolerant genotypes can be introduced in the country for cultivation in areas under drought stress at the reproductive stage of the plant. Persian Title: ارزیابی ژنوتيپ¬هاي برنج (Oryza sativa L) به تنش خشكي با استفاده از خصوصيات مورفولوژيكي و شاخص¬هاي تحمل به تنش
Persian Abstract: به منظور شناسايي ژنوتيپ¬هاي متحمل به تنش خشكي در مرحله زايشي روي 17 ژنوتيپ برنج در دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي ساري آزمايشي بصورت فاكتوريل در قالب طرح كرت¬هاي كاملا تصادفي در سال 1395 انجام گرفت. در اين تحقيق شش صفت شامل تعداد دانه¬هاي پر و پوك در خوشه، طول و عرض برگ پرچم، وزن صد دانه و عملكرد دانه در بوته اندازه¬گيري و مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است. تجزيه واريانس داده¬ها نشان داد كه اختلاف معني¬داري بين ژنوتيپ¬ها براي كليه صفات مورد بررسي وجود داشت. تجزيه خوشه¬اي توانست ژنوتيپ¬ها را به 3 گروه تفكيك نمايد كه گروه¬هاي حساس (بينام، طارم¬محلي، طارم¬جلودار، دم¬زرد، آمل2، IR64، پويا، سفيدرود، طارم هاشمي) و متحمل ( Arias Halus و KinanagPatong) را از هم جدا نمود و ژنونيپ¬هايي كه در اين دو گروه قرار نگرفته¬اند جز ارقام نيمه متحمل و نیمه حساس شناسايي شدند. تجزيه به مولفه¬هاي اصلي بين شاخص¬ها نشان داد كه حدود 263/97 درصد از تغييرات كل توسط دو مولفه اصلي براي سطح آبياري مجدد مي¬شود. مولفه اصلي اول براي سطح آبياري مجدد 417/70 درصد از تغييرات را توجيه نمود كه داراي ضرايب مثبت و معني¬دار در شاخص¬هايTOL، MP، GMP و STI بوده و مولفه دوم حدود 846/26 درصد را توجيه مي¬كرد كه داراي ضريب مثبت و معني-دار در شاخص SSI مي¬باشد. از ژنوتيپ¬هاي متحمل شناسايي شده مي¬توان براي كشت در مناطقي كه تحت تنش خشكي در مرحله زايشي گياه قرار مي¬گيرند در كشور معرفي شوند. واژه¬هاي كليدي: تنش خشكي، برنج، شاخص¬هاي تحمل، تجزيه خوشه¬اي، تجزيه به مولفه¬هاي اصلي
