Abstract

To study the effect of deficit irrigation on morphological and physiological characteristics of basil, a greenhouse test was conducted in soil sciences and engineering group in Agricultural College of the university of Tabriz. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications with a total of 12 pots. The treatments consisted of four periods of irrigating (irrigation when there isn’t water stress in the root zone of 0/85Fc- Fc, irrigation when soil moisture in the root zone is around 0/85Fc- 0/7Fc, 0/7Fc- 0/5Fc, 0/5Fc- 0/3Fc), when the experiment was performed. According to the results, chlorophyll index, stomatal conductance and plant height showed significant difference. Mean comparison showed that in most of the traits, B treatment has had less than or equal to 10% of decrease compared to treatment A, and when the moisture in the root zone reaches around 0/85Fc- 0/7Fc, irrigation is recommended.

Persian Title: بررسی برخی از خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه ریحان در سطوح مختلف آبیاری
Persian Abstract: به منظور بررسی اثر کم¬آبیاری بر روی خصوصیات مورفولو¬ژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه ریحان آزمایشی گلخانه¬ای در گروه علوم و مهندسی خاک دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 3 تکرار و با مجموع 12 گلدان اجرا گردید. تیمار¬ها شامل چهار دوره زمانی آبیاری( آبیاری بدون تنش آبی در ناحیه ریشه FC–FC 85/0، آبیاری زمانی که رطوبت خاک در ناحیه ریشه به حدودFC 85/0FC- 7/0، FC 7/0FC- 5/0، FC 5/0FC- 3/0 رسید) انجام گرفت. با توجه به نتایج، صفات شاخص کلروفیل، هدایت روزنه¬ای و ارتفاع ساقه تفاوت معنی¬دار نشان دادند. مقایسه میانگین نشان داد در اکثر صفات تیمار B نسبت به تیمار A کمتر یا مساوی10 % کاهش را داشته است و آبیاری زمانی که رطوبت در ناحیه ریشه به حدودFC 85/0FC- 7/0 رسید، توصیه می¬شود.
