Abstract
Rural-urban links are part of the daily life of a household living in villages or nearby neighboring cities. Therefore, these relationships and links between the village and the city, in all respects, whether economic or social or cultural, have been emphasized by development experts in regulating and expressing development policies aimed at reducing poverty and supporting the positive role of urban centers in the development of peri-urban rural areas. The research shows how the interaction between the city of Nurabad and its functions affects the social, economic, cultural and physical changes of the villages. The method of study in this paper is library and field studies. In this study, a case study was conducted on the general functions of the city of Nourabad on the villages of its functions. In this research, which is analytical, descriptive and survey. Library and field studies have been used to collect information. Data were collected using a questionnaire and interviews with people and related authorities. In this research, our statistical community includes the Fahlian countryside with a population of 8550, which has been used by SPSS software and GIS software. The Cochran method was used to calculate the sample size. This research showed that there was a serious interaction between Nurabad and Fahlian's districts, and these relations were all-sided, and always adhered to the social, cultural and economic impacts. This research also focuses on the basic needs of residents in the studied area, including urban and rural areas, and suggestions for reducing social and cultural inequalities between norahabad township and Fahlian countrys.

| Persian Abstract: | پیوندهای روستایی-شهری قسمتی از واقعیت‌‌های زندگی روزانه یک خانوار ساکن روستا‌ها یا حوالی شهر‌های همجوار آن¬هاست. از‌این رو، این روابط و پیوندهای بین روستا و شهر از همه لحاظ چه اقتصادی یا اجتماعی یا فرهنگی در تنظیم و بیان سیاست‌‌های توسعه با هدف کاهش فقر و حمایت از نقش مثبت مراکز شهری در توسعه نواحی روستایی پیرامونی مورد تاکید کارشناسان توسعه قرار دارد.این پژوهش نشان می¬دهد که چگونه روابط متقابل شهر نورآباد و روستا‌های توابع آن بر تغییرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی و فرهنگی و کالبدی روستا‌ها اثر می¬گذارد. روش بررسی در مقاله حاضر کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی است. در‌این بررسی به مطالعه موردی در مورد عملکرد‌های همه جانبه شهر نورآباد بر روستا‌های توابع آن پرداخته است. در‌این تحقیق که از نوع تحلیلی توصیفی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داده‌‌ها پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با مردم و مسِولین مرتبط صورت گرفته است. در‌این تحقیق جامعه آماری ما دهستان فهلیان را با 8550 نفر جمعیت در بر می¬گیرد که از نرم افزار spss, و نرم افزار GIS استفاده شده است. برای محاسبه حجم نمونه از روش کوکران استفاده شده است.این تحقیق نشان داد که یک تعامل جدی بین شهر نورآباد و دهستان فهلیان وجود داشته و‌این روابط همه جانبه بوده و همواره تأثیر پذیری اجتماعی فرهنگی و اقتصادی از آن تبعیت می¬کند. همچنین‌این تحقیق توجه به نیاز‌‌های اساسی ساکنین ناحیه مورد مطالعه اعم از شهری و روستایی و پیشن‌هاد‌هایی را برای کاهش نابرابری‌‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی میان شهر نورآباد و دهستان فهلیان را ارائه داده است. | ||||
