Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess and identify aspects of participatory management and employees' resistance to change in the relation between these two variables in Isfahan province. Research Youth and Sports Department, the research is descriptive - correlational survey was conducted. The sample consisted of all directors and employees of the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of the province to 123 people using 92 samples were selected Morgan. Two research tool questionnaire was made by participative management and resistance to change. Content validity was performed by professors and professionals. Cronbach's alpha reliability test for participatory management questionnaire α =0/82 and scale resistance to change α =,0/70 respectively. Analysis of data using statistical methods, descriptive statistics were used. The results showed that participatory management and resistance to change in the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of the province, there are negative significant relationship (P≤0/05). Between all the components of participatory management was significant negative relationship. Introduction Today witnessed the emergence of different managerial styles are organizations in the field of management. However, less control using the new style of management in sport organizations of our country. In particular, the Youth and Sports Department's mission and task in the development and expansion of sports and healthy morale, training and strengthening the body in the country, especially among the younger generation of the community. Sports and sports organizations, as well as other organizations to achieve its goals and objectives requires efficient management and successful manner. No Kmyshany 1384 during the investigation revealed that the participative management in the organization applied, the concentration of decision-making, formality and organizational complexity is reduced (1). Parente 2006 article stated that the participation of brightness and optimism role in the workplace, connected to cope and adapt to a changing (2). The light of the above, this study hypothesized that the participative management with employee resistance to change in the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of the province are related.

Persian Abstract: ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ و ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺘﻲ و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ و ﺗﺒﻴﻦ راﺑﻄه ﺑﻴﻦ اﻳﻦ دو ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ در اداره ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان ﺑﻮد .ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ - همبستگی اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ روش پیمایشی اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﻛﻠﻴﺔ مدیران و کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان به تعداد 123 نفر بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 92 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺔ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺘﻲ و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺑﻮد. رواﻳﻲ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺘﺎدان و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ آن از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ آزﻣﻮن ﺿﺮﻳﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﻛﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺘﻲ 82/0 α= و ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ70/0 α= به دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ داده ﺑﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎرﮔﻴﺮي روش ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ و آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺘﻲ و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان، راﺑﻄﺔ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﻣﻨﻔﻲ و ﻣﻌﻜﻮﺳﻲ وﺟﻮد دارد (05/0 P≤ ). ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ تمام مولفه های مدیریت ﻣﺸﺎرﻛتی راﺑﻄﺔ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.
