Abstract

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between personality traits with organizational commitment and job performance among employees Youth and Sports Department of Ardabil has been implemented. 76 of them were selected as the sample studied. The instruments used in this study, questionnaires personality characteristics, organizational commitment, and job performance, were used. The findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between conscientiousness with two job characteristics, organizational commitment, and job performance. Also showed a significant positive relationship between agreeableness with organizational commitment. While there was no significant relationship between this personality characteristic with job performance. As expected, was found a significant negative relationship between Neuroticism with organizational commitment. But there was no significant relationship between this personality characteristic with job performance. Findings of this research show a positive relationship between extraversion with organizational commitment, While there was no significant relationship between this personality characteristic with job performance. Also, There was not a significant relationship between openness and job performance. While the relationship between this personality characteristic and organizational commitment was a curvilinear relationship. Also, showed the highest organizational commitment in average level openness. Finally, the findings of this study, the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance showed a significant positive. The results of this research indicate that organizational commitment associated with many of the job functions of employees. For example, the organizational commitment has the potential effects and serious on the performance of the organization. Persian Abstract: سرمایه اجتماعی از مباحث مهم اجتماعی است که ابزاری برای رسیدن به انواع دیگر سرمایه ها از جمله سرمایه های اقتصادی، انسانی و فرهنگی است. یکی از حوزه های مهم تاثیرپذیر از سرمایه اجتماعی، رضایت شغلی است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با درک اهمیت مسظله اجتماعی و قبول این پیش فرض که رضایت از شغل در سازمان های مختلف تحت تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی افراد شاغل در آن سازمان است. به تبیین ادبیات نظری و تجربی پیرامون سرمایه اجتماعی و تاثیر آن بر رضایت شغلی می پردازد و در این تبیین پژوهش های انجام شده در داخل و خارج از کشور را از طریق فراتحلیل مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. چارچوب نظری این پژوهش بر پایه نظریه های پاتنام، بوردیو، کلمن در زمینه سرمایه اجتماعی و فیشر، هاپاک، هرسی و بلانچارد در زمینه رضایت شغلی و ترکیبی از چند نظریه دیگر در این حوزه قرار دارد و در آن تاثیر متغیرهای مستقل، شامل ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی بر متغیر وابسته رضایت شغلی سنجیده می شود. روش پژوهش در این مطالعه اسنادی و از نوع فراتحلیل است. فرا تحلیل یافته های پژوهش های انجام گرفته، بیانگر این است که بین ابعاد متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی (اعتماد، مشارکت، تعاون و همکاری، انسجام و همبستگی، همدلی و احترام مقابل، شبکه های اجتماعی) و متغیر وابسته رضایت شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. واژگان کلیدی: سرمایه اجتماعی- رضایت شغلی- اعتماد- مشارکت- انسجام
