Abstract

In this work Effect of impurity center position on binding energy of Hydrogenlike donor impurity in a Gaussian- shaped double quantum ring is investigated. The confinement potential of electron in mentioned structure was approximated by Gaussian model. The probability density of electron in ground state is calculated. The dependence of impurity binding energy of impurity center position is studied as well.

Persian Abstract: . در این کار از مدل گاوسی برای نشان دادن سطح پوشش دهنده‌‌ای حلقه ‌های دوگانه کوانتومی هم مرکز بهره گرفته شده است. و پتانسیل مقید کننده الکترون در ساختار مورد نظر با مدل گاوسی تقریب شده است. چگالی احتمال در حالت زمینه در غیاب ناخاصی الکترون یافته شده است وهمچنین انرژی بستگی روی موقعیت ناخالصی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
