Abstract

Cells have a crowded environment and crowding has an important effect on itsmetabolism. Translocation of biopolymers such as protein and DNA;is repeated frequently in the cell’s metabolism cycle. In this paper by a model of crowding withthe dynamic motion approximation that uses uniform spheres with limited radius; We study the effect of the crowding on the translocation time of the polymer and its dependence on the length of channels with attractive and repulsive interactions,. We also consider the effect of the length of the channel.

Persian Title: تأثیر برهمکنش پلیمر و نانوحفره بر عبور پلیمر از کانال با استفاده از شلوغی
Persian Abstract: سلول محیطی بسیار شلوغ است که این شلوغی در متابولیسم آن نقش به سزایی دارد. عبور بیوپلیمرهایی همچون پروتئین و DNA، در چرخه متابولیسم سلول بارها تکرار می‌شوند. در این نوشتار با مدل کردن شلوغی با استفاده از کره‌هایی یکسان و با شعاع محدود، در تقریب حرکت دینامیکی این ذرات، تأثیر شلوغی بر زمان عبور پلیمر و وابستگی آن به طول برای کانال‌هایی با برهم‌کنش‌های جاذبه و دافعه به صورت مدل سازی تئوری بررسی می‌شود. همچنین تأثیر طول کانال را مورد مطالعه قرار می‌دهیم.
