Abstract

The aim of this study Examine the role of affective-emotional temperament, Emotional differentiation and Negative expectations rewards In anticipation of self-injury behaviors and sensitivity to rejection of people with borderline personality disorder have been. This research method is correlational. All prisoners with borderline personality disorder of the central prison of Karaj(Summer of 2014) The statistical population this study compromised And 224 of these prisoners were selected by on available sampling as sample. The method of collecting data in this study were as follows that first by using to cut-off point (11) of borderline personality scale (STB) and confirming the Structured Clinical Interview(SCID-II) Intended prisoners were selected And then they were asked Answer to questionnaires Rejection to Sensitivity, Deliberate self-injury, affective-emotional temperament, emotion differetiation and Negative expectations rewards. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used. the results showed that self-injury behaviors and sensitivity to rejection As dependent variable With components affective-temperament Such as depression, anxiety, Cyclothymia, and components emotional temperament such as Will, anger, inhibition Their relationship It also two variables could Communicate with Emotional differentiation and Negative expectations rewards. These findings show that Injury and impulsive behaviors, as well as sensitivity to rejection As the main diagnostic criteria for borderline personality disorder By components of the bio-temperamental andaffective-emotional are explained.
