Abstract

Details of electron dynamics including instantaneous norm, imaginary energy, and ionization rate for some finite local area around the nuclei are studied based on the numerical solution of the time dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) of the hydrogen molecular ion aligned in sub-cycle laser pulses.
