Abstract

Research Aim: Anzali's place in the events of the Constitutional Revolution of Iran Research method: This study seeks to analyze the anzali's position in the events of the Constitutional Revolution in Iran using descriptive-analytical methodologies of the library and archive. Findings: The land of Gilan played a historic role in the development of intellectual and revolutionary ideas before the Constitutional Revolution, as well as in the victory of the Constitutional Revolution. The city of Anzali was considered one of the most important cities of Guilan. This city was part of the Constitutional Revolution and was one of the centers of the constitutional movement.. Conclusion: The Anzali people made many efforts to protect the constitution. They stood up to the last minute to maintain constitutionalism against Russia. Also, after the closing ball of the National Assembly known as the anti-Semitic era of the Anzali people, they decided to fight Muhammad Ali Shah in order to preserve the constitution in Tehran. The people of Anzali, along with people from different cities, moved to Tehran. Tehran captured Mohammad Ali Shah. The Anzali people also had a great deal during the second parliamentary term. They failed to resist Russia, eventually ruined by the Russians
