Abstract
Research Aim: investment in sport in addition to the positive effect on the industry in the economy of the country as a positive influence .specially with private sectore investment is easy to achaive this study was to investicate solutions toattract private sector investment in the sport of Ardabil province. Research method: This research is descriptive and in terms of its purpose, and field research has been used in this research. Sport managers, industry owners and factories who have investment experience are the statistical community of this study. For determination of the sample size, Cochran formula was used. In this way, the sample size was 211 people. Findings: The questionnaire was used in this research. To access the respondents to the number of samples and to randomize the sampling method, in several stages, refer to the industrial towns and sports boards of Ardebil. And has been asked by chance and by number of individuals. In this research, descriptive statistics (frequency distribution table, relative frequency, mean and standard deviation) were used to analyze the data. To analyze the hypotheses of the research, one-sample t-test was used. The questionnaire has been used to determine the validity of the questionnaire.It was also tried to evaluate and analyze the questionnaire using expert opinion and experts in the subject area. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the instrument. After collecting questionnaires, all data were entered into SPSS version 24 and analyzed. Conclusion: Managers and owners of industries can make investments in sport in Ardebil province using private investment models in sport and promoting its effective factors.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف: سرمایه گذاری در ورزش علاوه بر اثر مثبت در این صنعت در اقتصاد کل کشور نیز تاثیر مثبتی دارد.خصوصا با سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی رسیدن به این امکان آسان می شود.. هدف این مطالعه بررسی راه کارهای جذب سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در ورزش استان اردبیل می باشد . روش‌شناسی پژوهش. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی می باشد و در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از روش ﻣﯿـﺪاﻧﯽ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. مدیران ورزشی،صاحبان صنایع و کارخانه جات که تجربه سرمایه گذاری داشتند جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل می دهند که جهت تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که از این طریق حجم نمونه211 نفر به دست آمد .و از ابزار اندازه گیری «پرسشنامه» در این پژوهش استفاده شده است و برای دسترسی به پاسخ دهندگان به تعداد نمونه مورد نظر و برای هرچه تصادفی تر کردن روش نمونه گیری،در چندین مرحله به شهرک های صنعتی و هیِئت های ورزشی مختلف شهر اردبیل مراجعه کرده و به صورت تصادفی و به تعداد نمونه از افراد پرسش گردیده است. در این پژوهش به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش های آماری توصیفی(جدول توزیع فراوانی،فراوانی نسبی، میانگین و انحراف معیار ) و برای بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. جهت تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺘﺎد راهنما اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺳﻌﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮات ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺧﺒﺮه در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. جهت تعیین پایایی ابزار از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. پس از جمع آوری پرسش نامه ها، تمامی داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 وارد شده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در کل عوامل اقتصادی،مدیریتی انسانی،قانونی سیاسی، جغرافیایی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی و حمایتی و تشویقی در جذب سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی تاثیر دارند. (05/0≥p). و در بین این عومل،عامل اقتصادی بیشترین تاثیر را دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: ﻣﺪﻳﺮان و صاحبان صنایع ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ با استفاده مدل های سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در ورزش و ارتقای عوامل موثر بر آن موجب تسهیل شدن شرایط سرمایه گذاری در ورزش استان اردبیل شوند. | ||||
