Abstract
it is estimate that about 10- 15% couples suffer from infertility world wide. Which is belived to be one of most important life crises resulting in psychological problems and emotional stresses. Lose of children, social reflection, involvement infertility therapy, negative consequent of Assisted Reproductive Technology impact on coping method, attitude, belief systems. This study examines compare of personality disorders and spiritual intelligence in infertile and fertile women referring to Ahwaz infertility and Gynecologic clinic. Materials and Methods: in this cross – sectional study. 30 infertile women from Ahwaz infertility clinic and 30 fertile women from Gynecologic clinic with sampling random were selected. Research tools include Millon clinical multiaxial inventory III and spiritual intelligence self- Report inventor Results: result show highest scores among infertile women upon millon III assessment were for avoidance, depression, masochism, paranoid personality pattern disturbance and upon anxiety, somatoform, distymic, PTSD and major depression clinical symptom were significantly difference more infertile than fertile women and lowest scores among infertile women upon spiritual intelligence and in total subscales. this scores were significantly difference more in infertile than fertile women (P< 0/001). Conclusion: The higher score of personality disorder in infertile omen demands serious psychological support and attention by the medical team. Developing a rapid and reliable screening instrument for identifying patients at greater need for psychological support and the inclusion of counseling and supportive psychotherapy in the general therapeutic framework of infertility are of great importance and Noticeably lowest scores among infertile women in spiritual intelligence, attention to spiritual in group patients need. Reinforcement spiritual intelligence in this group patients step in progressive and successfulness therapeutic and mental health.

| Persian Abstract: | زمينه و هدف: ناباروري يک عامل استرس زاي مهم در زندگي بوده و قبول شکست باروري مشکل مي¬باشد. بسياري از زوج¬ها با يک دوره درمانهاي تکرارشونده و دردناک، با روند بدون پيشرفت مواجه مي¬شود و در نهايت در زوج نابارور احساس ضعف در مقابل رسيدن به هدف پديدار مي¬شود¬که منجر به مشکلات رواني و تجربيات استرس زاي هيجاني مي¬شود. هدف اين پژوهش، مقايسه اختلالات شخصيت و هوش معنوي در زنان نابارور و بارور مراجعه¬کننده به کلينيک هاي درمان ناباروري و زنان و زايمان شهر اهواز است. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش از نوع مقطعي مقايسه¬اي است. 30 زن نابارور در کلينيکهاي درمان ناباروري و زنان و 30 زن بارور در کلينيکهاي زنان و زايمان با روش نمونه¬گيري تصادفي ساده، انتخاب شدند اطلاعات بوسيله آزمون چند محوري ميلون3، آزمون هوش معنوي ويک پرسشنامه دموگرافيک گردآوري شد، از آزمون تحليل واريانس چند متغيري به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها استفاده شد. نتايج : ميانگين نمرات با زنان بارور در الگوهاي باليني شخصيت(اجتنابي، افسرده، وابسته، خودآزار، پارانوئيد و در نشانگان باليني اضطراب، شبه جسمي ، افسرده خويي، استرس پس از ضربه و افسردگي اساسي در زنان نابارور درمقايسه با زنان بارور تفاوت معني داري دارند(05/0p‹). در هوش معنوي نيز زنان نابارور درمقايسه با زنان بارور در هوش معنوي و مولفه هاي آن تفاوت معني¬داري با زنان بارور دارند و ميانگين زنان نابارور در تمام اين مؤلفه ها پايين¬تر از زنان بارور بود (01/0p‹). نتيجه گيري: استفاده از درمانهاي روانشناسي خصوصا رواندرماني حمايتي بايد در چارچوب درمانهاي ناباروري مورد توجه قرار گيرد از طرفي با توجه به معني دار بودن تفاوت هوش معنوي زنان نابارور و بارور، توجه به معنويت در اين گروه از بيماران احساس مي¬شود و تقويت اين مؤلفه مي¬تواند گامي در پيشبرد موفقيتهاي درماني آنها باشد. | ||||||
