Abstract

In this research, essential oils of four species of Iranian plant from Labiateae family were analyzed. The chemical composition of essential oils were analyzed by GC/MS. Identification of individual compounds was made by Kovats Index and comparsion of their mass spectra with those of internal references mass spectra library. 40 components, representing 90.8% of essential oil of S.ceratophylla were identified, which Palmitic acid (23.9%), was the main constituent. 8 components, representing 64.59% of essential oil of S.brachyantha were identified, which Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone (25.5%), was the main constituent. 25, 22, 25 components, representing 82.18% , 94.4%, 97.82% of essential oil of leaf, stem and flower of S.lachnocalyx respectively were identified, which α-Pinene(22.01%) (leaf),(19.9%) (flower) and n-Decane (22.35%) (stem), were the main constituents. 18 components, representing 82/58% of essential oil of N.haussknechtii were identified, which Nepetalactone (44.38%), was the main constituent. Two compounds, Salvigenin and γ-Sitosterol, also isolated from chloroform : acetone extract of S.lachnocalyx. The chloroform : acetone extract of S.brachyantha yielded γ-Sitosterol. The extracts were analyzed by chromatographic methods and the structure were determined by spectroscopic methods mainly 1H NMR and 13C NMR.

Persian Abstract: در اين پايان نامه، از چهار گياه از خانواده نعناييان، به روش تقطير با آب اسانس گيري شد. آناليز تركيبات تشكيل دهنده اسانس با روش GC/MS و شناسايي اجزاي تشكيل دهنده با استفاده از انديس كواتس و مقايسه طيف هاي جرمي با طيفهاي جرمي استاندارد صورت گرفت. در اسانس گونه مريم گلي شاخ گوزني 40 تركيب با درصد كل 8/90% شناسايي گرديد كه پالميتيك اسيد(9/23%) تركيب عمده مي باشد. در اسانس گونه مريم گلي فروتن 8 تركيب با درصد كل 59/64% شناسايي گرديد كه هگزاهيدروفارنسيل استون(9/23%)تركيب عمده مي باشد. در اسانس برگ و ساقه و گل گونه مريم گلي اقليدي به ترتيب 25و22و25 تركيب با درصد كل 18/82% ،82/97% و4/94% شناسايي گرديد كه آلفا-پينن در اسانس برگ (01/22%) و گل (9/19%) و نرمال دكان (35/22%) در اسانس ساقه تركيب عمده مي باشند. در اسانس گونه پونه ساي عراقي 18 تركيب با درصد كل 58/82% شناسايي گرديد كه نپتالاكتون (38/44%)تركيب عمده مي باشد. از عصاره كلروفرمي:استوني گونه مريم گلي اقليدي سالويژنين و گاما-سيتوسترول و از عصاره كلروفرمي:استوني گونه مريم گلي فروتن گاما-سيتوسترول، با روش هاي كروماتوگرافي ستوني استخراج وبا روشهاي اسپكتروسكوپي به ويژه NMR 13Cو 1 H NMRشناسايي گرديد.
