Abstract

The aim of this study was to investing the effect of specific training protocol in inactive female students on heart rate and blood pressure. Subjects were 30 inactive female students who were selected and were allocated in two experimental and control groups. Their mean age was 22.3±1.56 years, their mean weight was 61.77±10.92 kg and their mean height was 160.58±5.04 cm. Eight weeks training protocol implemented. Protocol was consist of 7 sessions aerobic training followed by 14 sessions anaerobic training and then 3 sessions weight training. Sixty minutes sub-maximal test was accomplished before and after training protocol that was included of 30 minutes running with 40-75 percent of their reserved heart rate and immediately after that 30 minutes walking with 40 percent of their reserved heart rate. Before and after this test, the systolic & diastolic blood pressure measured and recorded. Dependent and independent T-test was used for statistical analysis. Results: Resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure after 8 weeks training protocol decreased significantly in experimental group (P<0.05) but control group had no changes. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure variability in before and after 60-minutes sub-maximal test had no significant difference before and after training protocol in experimental and control groups (P<0.05). There was significant difference of heart rate in before (resting) and after sub-maximal activity as compared with that after training protocol (P<0.05). Heart rate variability measured before and after sub-maximal activity before training protocol was significantly higher than after training protocol (P<0.05). Discussion: We can concluded that 8 weeks training protocol has meaningful effect on heart rate. Although there was not any obvious changes on systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as blood pressure variability. Conducting training protocol for 8 weeks by considering its influence on heart rate and resting systolic & diastolic blood pressure can be outcome of increase in the cardiac efficiency.

Persian Title: بررسي پاسخ¬هاي ضربان قلب و فشارخون تحت يک پروتکل تمريني معين در دانشجويان دختر غيرفعال دانشگاه محقق اردبيلي
Persian Abstract: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي پاسخ¬هاي ضربان قلب و فشارخون تحت تاثير يک پروتکل تمريني معين در دانشجويان دختر غيرفعال بود. روش: آزمودني¬هاي اين تحقيق 30 دانشجوي دختر غيرفعال((سن(سال): 56/1±3/22، قد(سانتي¬متر): 04/5±58/160 و وزن(کيلوگرم): 92/10±77/61 بودند که به طور تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش(با اجراي پروتکل) و کنترل(بدون اجراي پروتکل) قرار گرفتند قبل و پس از اجراي پروتکل، آزمون زيربيشينه 60 دقيقه¬اي صورت گرفت که شامل 30 دقيقه دويدن با شدت 75-40 درصد ضربان قلب ذخيره و بلافاصله 30 دقيقه پياده¬روي با شدت 40 درصد ضربان قلب ذخيره را شامل مي¬شد، قبل و بلافاصله پس از آن، فشارخون سيستولي، دياستولي و ضربان قلب اندازه¬گيري شد. روش آماري مورد استفاده آزمون تي همبسته و مستقل بود. نتايج: فشارخون سيستولي و دياستولي استراحت پس از اجراي پروتکل تمريني به مدت 8 هفته نسبت به قبل و گروه کنترل تغيير معني¬داري نشان نداد (05/0>P). همچنين دامنه تغييرات فشارخون فعاليت نسبت به قبل از اجراي پروتکل به مدت 8 هفته و گروه کنترل تغيير معني¬داري نشان نداد(05/0>P). ضربان قلب فعاليت بعد از اجراي پروتکل به مدت 8 هفته نسبت به قبل و گروه کنترل کاهش معني¬داري نشان داد(05/0>P). دامنه تغييرات ضربان قلب فعاليت بعد از 8 هفته فععاليت بدني مشخص نسبت به قبل و گروه کنترل به طور معني¬داري تغيير کرد(05/0>P). بحث: با توجه به نتايج چنين مي¬توان نتيجه¬گيري نمود، که 8 هفته فعاليت بدني مشخص روي ضربان قلب فعاليت و دامنه تغييرات ضربان قلب فعاليت اثر معني¬دار داشته است. در حالي که روي فشارخون سيستولي و دياستولي استراحت و همچنين دامنه تغييرات فشارخون سيستولي و دياستولي فعاليت اثر معني-دار نداشته است. در حالت کلي اجراي پروتکل تمريني مشخص 8 هفته¬اي با تاثيري که روي ضربان قلب و دامنه تغييرات آن داشته است باعث افزايش کارايي قلبي و بهبود عملکرد قلبي-عروقي و ارتقاي تندرستي گشته است.
