Abstract

A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of some new pyrazol-5-yl-1Himidazoles. The pyrazole and imidazole derivatives are well known for their wide range of biological and pharmacological activities, such as, fungicidal, herbicidal, antibacterial, insecticidal, anti-HIV, antitumor and other biological activities. Various methods have been reported for the synthesis of pyrazole and imidazole derivatives. There are few reports on the synthesis of systems which contain the imidazole and pyrazole rings. Here we wish to report a new and convenient route for the synthesis of pyrazol-5-yl-1H-imidazole derivatives by a solvent-free reaction in 78-89 % yields.

Persian Abstract: روشي آسان و موثر جهت سنتز تعدادي از پيرازول ـ5ـ ايل ـ H1 ايميدازول هاي جديد مشتقات پيرازول و ايميدازول به خاطر طيف وسيعي از خواص بيولوژيکي و دارويي، نظير قارچ کشي، علف کشي، ضد باکتري، حشره کشي، و ضد ويروس HIV و ضد توموري و ديگر فعاليتهاي بيولوژيکي معروفند. روشهاي متعددي جهت سنتز مشتقات پيرازول و ايميدازول گزارش شده است. گزارشات کمي از سنتز ترکيباتي که شامل حلقه هاي ايميدازولي و پيرازولي باشد، وجود دارد. در اين پروژه اميدواريم روشي جديد و راحت جهت سنتز مشتقات پيرازول ـ 5 ـ ايل ـ H1 ايميدازول به وسيله واکنشي بدون حلال با بازده %89-78 گزارش دهيم.
