Abstract

Test anxiety is a common phenomenon in our country education system that devastating effects on academic achievement and mental health of students and lead to reduce their Educational efficiency. The goal of present study was an investigation the role of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in prediction bright and normal girls student's anxiety test in secondary schools of ardabil city. This study was a correlation and it has two samples: a) To1 determine the level of prevalence of test anxiety in bright and normal girl students, a sample numbers of 450 persons through the third year of secondary school girl students were selected (The bright girl students were selected through the total numbering). b) In the second stage, in order to study the direct effect of emotional intelligence and its indirect effect with mediated spiritual intelligence on bright and normal girl students levels of test anxiety, from the original sample(N=450), a sample with a volume of 280 persons with cluster random sampling method was selected (210 persons of normal girl students were selected in three fields mathematical, experimental and human sciences and 70 persons of bright girl students were selected in two fields Mathematical and experimental Sciences). The instruments used for data collection were Spielberger’s Test Aniety Inventory (STAI),Bar-on’s Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Ghobarie bonab’s Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire.To data analyzing used Pearson’s correlation test ,t test for two independent groups and multivariate analysis of variance. Also, the path analysis method was used to test hypotheses. The study results showed that the level of prevalence of test anxiety in third year of secondary school bright and normal girls students in ardabil city is 28/2 percent. The results also showed that emotional intelligence has a direct effect on bright and normal girl student's test anxiety. But this hypotheses that emotional intelligence with mediated spiritual intelligence has an indirect effect on bright and normal girl student's test anxiety wasn't confirmed.This results demonstrating that training emotional intelligence skills play an important role in reducing student's test anxiety. Also, it's seems necessary to paying attention to student's spiritual needs and providing necessary trainings for growth their spiritual intelligence and can be an important step in reducing test anxiety.The importance of the spiritual needs of students and provide necessary training for spiritual growth and nurture their intelligence seems to be necessary and can be an important step in reducing test anxiety and improving their academic performance.

Persian Title: بررسي نقش هوش معنوي و هوش هيجاني در پيش بيني اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر تيز هوش و عادي دبيرستان هاي شهرستان اردبيل
Persian Abstract: اضطراب امتحان پديده اي شايع در نظام آموزشي کشور ما محسوب مي شود که بر پيشرفت تحصيلي و سلامت رواني دانش آموزان تاثيرات مخربي داشته و باعث کاهش کارآمدي تحصيلي آنها مي شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي نقش هوش معنوي و هوش هيجاني در پيش بيني اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر تيز هوش و عادي دبيرستان هاي شهرستان اردبيل بود. اين پژوهش از نوع همبستگي بوده و داراي 2 نمونه مي باشد: الف- براي تعيين ميزان شيوع اضطراب امتحان در دانش آموزان دختر تيزهوش وعادي، نمونه اي به تعداد 450 نفر از ميان دانش آموزان دختر سال سوم متوسطه انتخاب شد (دانش آموزان تيزهوش از طريق کل شماري انتخاب شدند).ب- درمرحله دوم به منظور بررسي اثر مستقيم هوش هيجاني و اثر غير مستقيم آن با واسطه هوش معنوي بر ميزان اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر تيزهوش وعادي، از نمونه اصلي (450N=)، نمونه اي با حجم 280 نفر با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي انتخاب گرديد(210 نفر از دانش آموزان عادي در 3 رشته علوم رياضي، تجربي و انساني و 70 نفر از دانش آموزان تيزهوش در 2رشته علوم رياضي وتجربي انتخاب شدند). ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه هاي اضطراب امتحان اسپيل برگر، هوش هيجاني بار-آن و هوش معنوي غباري بناب بود. از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون، آزمون t براي دو گروه مستقل و تحليل واريانس چند متغيره براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده شد. همچنين از روش تحليل مسير نيز براي آزمون فرضيه ها استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد که ميزان شيوع اضطراب امتحان در دانش آموزان دختر تيزهوش وعادي مقطع سوم متوسطه شهرستان اردبيل2/28 درصد مي باشد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد که هوش هيجاني براضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر تيزهوش وعادي اثر مستقيم دارد. اما اين فرضيه که هوش هيجاني با واسطه هوش معنوي براضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر تيزهوش وعادي اثر غيرمستقيم دارد، تائيد نشد.اين نتايج نشان مي دهند که آموزش مهارت هاي هوش هيجاني نقش مهمي در کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دارد. همچنين لزوم توجه به نيازهاي معنوي دانش آموزان و ارائه آموزشهاي لازم براي رشد و پرورش هوش معنوي آنها ضروري به نظر مي رسد و مي تواند گامي مهم در کاهش اضطراب امتحان و بهبود عملکرد تحصيلي آنها باشد.
