Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 15 days detraining on the physiological and performance of elite young weightlifters. Methods: Ten elite weightlifters with a mean age (18±1.73)years were voluntarily selected to participate in the study. Performance, physiological as well as the physical fitness indexes such as age, height, weight, fat percentage, fat free mass, long jump, Rearward weight throw, shoulder flexibility, sit and reach, snatch, clean and jerk, power snatch, power clean and jerk, front and back squat measured on all the subjects before and after 15 days of detraining. The results indicated that after 15 days of detraining performance of weightlifters in the snatch, clean and jerk, power snatch, power clean and jerk, front and back squat reduced significantly (p<0.05). After 15 days of detraining shoulder flexibility, sit and reach, long jump performance had no significant change. The rearward weight throw record increased significantly (p<0.05). Fat percentage and lean body mass (LBM) values increased and decreased significantly after 15 days of detraining respectively (p<0.05). Conclusions: According to the results it was concluded that the 15 days of absolute detraining leads to negative changes in performance, body composition and physical fitness variables of the elite young weightlifters.

Persian Abstract: هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي تأثير15 روز بي¬تمريني بر شاخص هاي فيزيولوژيکي وعملکردي وزنه برداران نخبه جوان بود. به همين منظور تعداد10 وزنه بردار نخبه با ميانگين سني(73/1±18) سال، به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. متغيـرهاي عملكردي، آمادگي جسماني و فيزيولوژيکي آزمودني¬ها مـورد سنجش همـانند سن، قد، وزن، درصد چربي بدن، توده بدون چربي بدن، پرش طول، پرتاب وزنه از بالاي سر، انعطاف شانه، انعطاف تنه به جلو، يكضرب تكنيك، دوضرب تكنيك، يكضرب سرپا، دوضرب سرپا، پا از پشت، پا از جلو بلا فاصله پيش و پس از 15 روز بي تمريني اندازه گيري شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته ها از روش آماري t مستقل استفاده شد. نتايج بدست آمده بيانگر آن بود كه بعد از 15 روز بي تمريني ركورد وزنه برداران به طور معني داري كاهش داشته است(05/0≥P). رکورد آزمون هاي انعطاف پذيري شانه، انعطاف پذيري تنه به جلو پرش طول ايستاده بعد از 15 روز بي تمريني تغيير معناداري نداشتند. در حالي که رکورد آزمون پرتاب وزنه از بالاي سر افزايش معنا داري پيدا کرد(05/0≥P). همچنين بعد از 15 روز بي تمريني توده بدون چربي کاهش معنادار و درصد چربي افزايش معناداري نشان داد(05/0≥P ). با توجه به نتايج حاصله مي توان گفت 15 روز بي تمريني کامل منجر به تغييرات منفي در عوامل عملکردي، ترکيب بدني و آمادگي جسماني وزنه بردارن نخبه جوان مي شود.
