Abstract
Attitudes toward mathematics, math self-efficacy and test anxiety is considered Variables that associated with academic performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between attitudes toward mathematics, math self-efficacy and test anxiety among high school students. Sample consisted of 239 high school students who were selected by using available sampling method. As data collection tool, Attitudes toward mathematics questionnaire, math self-efficacy questionnaire and test anxiety Scale were used. The data were analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, multivariate regression analysis and MANOVA. The results showed that There were significant correlations between attitudes toward mathematics and math self-efficacy(r=0/43). In addition, attitudes toward mathematics(r=-19) and math self-efficacy(r=-21) had a significant relation with the test anxiety. Furthermore no significant differences were found between girls and boys in attitudes toward mathematics and math self-efficacy. but there were significant gender differences in test anxiety. The results also showed that math performance can be significantly predicted by attitudes toward mathematics and math self-efficacy. The results can be used in the field of mental health promotion and academic achievement in students.

Persian Abstract: | نگرش به رياضي، خودکارآمدي رياضي و اضطراب امتحان از متغيرهاي مرتبط با عملکرد تحصيلي دانش¬آموزان محسوب مي¬شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر " تعيين رابطه بين نگرش به رياضي، خودکارآمدي رياضي و اضطراب امتحان در دانش¬آموزان دبيرستاني بود. نمونه تحقيق شامل 239 دانش¬آموز بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه¬گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند. براي جمع¬آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه نگرش به رياضي، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدي رياضي و پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل رگرسيون چند متغيري و آزمون تحليل واريانس چند متغيري(MANOVA) صورت گرفت. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد که بين نگرش به رياضي و خودکارآمدي رياضي رابطه معني¬دار وجود دارد(43/0r=). همچنين نگرش به رياضي(19/0- =r) و خودکارآمدي رياضي با اضطراب امتحان(21/0- =r) رابطه معناداري داشتند. بين دانش¬¬آموزان دختر و پسر در متغيرهاي نگرش به رياضي و خودکارآمدي رياضي تفاوت معنادار يافت نشد. اما در متغير اضطراب امتحان تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. همچنين نگرش به رياضي و خودکارآمدي رياضي مي¬توانند عملکرد رياضي را به طور معناداري پيش¬بيني کنند. نتايج اين پژوهش مي¬تواند در زمينه ارتقاء بهداشت رواني و تحصيلي دانش¬آموزان کاربرد داشته باشد. | ||||
