Abstract
Although,teaching due to its manpower resources development is very rewarding,but it produces special stress which lead to burnout. Burnout encompasses emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal non-accomplishment at work.The purpose of the present study was to investigating the relationship between burnout, emotional intalligence and big five personality factors.the method of this research is correlative descriptive.Statistical population was secondary school teachers and university accademic staffs.The sample of research is 250 individuals (121 male and 129 female) that were selected by the cluster sampling method. in this study for gathering data of three inventory:Maslach burnout inventory (Maslach,Jackson) emotional intelligence inventory (bradbery), Big five personaliy factors inventory(MacCrea,Casta) were utilized.Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency districation, means and standard deviations) and inferential statistics (independent-samples T test,correlations pearson,multiple regression). result showed that burnout of professors and teachers was mild and there was not meaningful difference between them.Also obtaind result indicated that there were significant negative correlation between components of emotional intelligence(self-awareness,self-management,relationship-managemen)andburnout, however did not show any significant relationship between social-awareness and burnout.In addition, burnout was correlate positively with neuroticism and negatively with extraversion,agreeableness,conscientinusness,but did not show any significant relationship between burnout and openness.Also Muitiple regression analysis showed that neurotictism and emotional intelligence have significant role in predict of burnout. Gender differences in burnout were not significant.

| Persian Abstract: | اگرچه تدریس به دلیل توسعه منابع انسانی امری پاداش دهنده است ،اما فشارهای روانی ویژه ای را ایجاد می کند که منجر به فرسودگی شغلی می شود. فرسودگی شغلی عبارت است از خستگی عاطفی،مسخ شخصیت و فقدان کارایی شخصی در کار. هدف این پرهش تعیین میزان فرسودگی شغلی در میان اساتید دانشگاه و معلمان مدارس و بررسی رابطه فرسودگی شغلی با هوش هیجانی و پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیتی در بین آنها می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است . جامعه آماری پژوهش عبارت است از کلیه اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه های استان اردبیل و دبیران مقطع متوسطه این استان که در سال تحصیلی 89-88 اشتغال دارند. نمونه پژوهش250 نفر شامل 121 نفر مرد و129 نفر زن می باشد که از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند .ابزار پژوهش عبارت بودند از :پرسشنامه ی فرسودگی شغلی مسلش ،پرسشنامه ی هوش هیجانی برادبری و پرسشنامه ی نئو فرم کوتاه مک کرا و کاستا . داده ها توسط روش های آماری توصیفی(توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون، Tمستقل و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه ) تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که فرسودگی شغلی اساتید و معلمان در سطح خفیف بوده وهیچ تفاوت معنی داری بین موقعیت شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی وجود ندارد .نتایج همچنین نشان داد که بین هوش هیجانی و مؤلفه های آن (خودآگاهی ،خودمدیریتی،مدیریت روابط) با فرسودگی شغلی رابطه منفی معنی دار وجود دارد و بین آگاهی اجتماعی وفرسودگی شغلی رابطه معنی دار به دست نیامد.در رابطه با پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیتی نتایج نشان داد که روان رنجوری با فرسودگی شغلی رابطه مثبت داشته و برون گرایی،مقبولیت و وظیفه شناسی رابطه ی منفی معنی داری با فرسودگی شغلی دارد .در مورد مؤلفه گشودگی و فرسودگی شغلی رابطه معنی دار به دست نیامد.تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که روان رنجوری نقش معنی داری در پیش بینی فرسودگی شغلی برعهده دارد .تفاوت جنسیتی معنی داری بین دو جنس از نظر فرسودگی شغلی وجود نداشت. | ||||
