In this study, the Exp-function method with the aid of symbolic computational system is used to obtain exact solutions of the generalized Zakharov system, the Fitzhugh-Nagumo (FN) and Modified Liouville equations. The method is used to finding the traveling wave solutions of these nonlinear partial differential equations and it leads to both the generalized solitary solutions and the periodic solutions. We also find some new and more general solutions for these equations which are of great practical importance in physical and engineering problems. Some obtained results from the proposed method have been compared and verified with the exact solutions in open literature. Calculations in the Exp-Function method are simple and straightforward. The reliability of the method and the reduction in the size of computational domain give this method a wider applicability. The results reveal that the Exp-function method is a powerful mathematical tool for solving the nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDEs) in the terms of accuracy and efficiency while systems of NPDEs having wide applications in engineering.

Persian Abstract: در کار جاری، در ادامه کار قبلی [35]، که در آن معادله شرودینگر بررسی شده است، از روش Differential Transform Method برای بررسی جوابهای دقیق سیستم غیرخطی مختلط شرودینگر و همچنین معادله شرودینگر ترکیب شده استفاده شده است. توسط روش عددی/تحلیلی فوق فرم بسته جوابهای عمومی سولیتون، جوابهای تناوبی معادلات فوق بدست آمده اند نتایج نشان می دهند که روش ارائه شده یک ابزار ریاضی قدرتمند و موثر برای حل گستره ی وسیعی از معادلات دیفرانسیل جزئی غیرخطی پرکاربرد در علوم مهندسی می باشد
