Abstract

In this study, a novel cogeneration system for refrigeration and power productions based on the Kalina cycle (KC) and ejector refrigeration cycle (ERC) is proposed. The system is driven by low-temperature geothermal heat source and ammonia-water mixture is used as zeotropic working fluid for system. Thermodynamic analysis of the proposed system is carried out based on the first and second classical laws of thermodynamics. It is shown that the first- and second-laws efficiencies of this proposed novel cogeneration system can be reached up to 14.03 % and 31.36 %, respectively. In addition, it is calculated that the refrigeration/power ratio for this system is higher than unit, showing that the proposed system is more appropriate for refrigeration production purposes than power production ones. In addition, recuperator 1 accounts for the highest exergy losses through the system operation.

Persian Abstract: در اين پژوهش يک سيکل توليد همزمان تبريد و قدرت با تر کيب سيکل کالينا و سيکل تبريد اجکتوري با منبع حرارتي دما پايين زمين¬گرمايي و با استفاده از محلول آب-آمونياک ارائه شده¬است. تحليل ترموديناميکي شامل تحليل قانون اول و دوم ترموديناميکي بر روي سيکل پيشنهادي انجام شد. نتايج نشان مي¬دهد که راندمان قانون اول و دوم سيکل پيشنهادي جديد به ترتيب % 14.03 و % 31.36 مي¬باشد. سيستم جديد با نسبت توليد تبريد به توليد قدرت (Q ̇_eva/W ̇_net) بيشتر از يک نشان مي¬دهد که اين سيستم براي اهداف توليد تبريد مي¬تواند گزينه مناسبي باشد. همچنين بيشترين تخريب اگزرژي در سيستم پيشنهادي مربوط به ريکوپريتر 1 ¬مي¬باشد.
