Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare a comparison of Burnout , Psychological Well-being and Sensation Seeking among nurses, Firefighting Staff and other staff. This is a causal-comparative study. The Statistical population of this research includes all nurses man and firefighting staff man and all men are employed in other jobs in year of 1394-1395. 30 nurses and 30 Firefighting Staff were selected by racemose sampling procedure and also 30 employees in other jobs, were selected by this same procedure and formed the sample of present research. The data were collected using the Maslach Burnout Scales (MBI(, Ryff ,s Psychological Well-being Scale ( RPWS) and Sensation Seeking scale (AISS). The collected data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) test and LSD test. Results showed that burnout in nurses is more than Firefighting Staff and other staff and in Firefighting Staff is more than other staff. Psychological Well-being in nurses is less than Firefighting Staff and other staff and in Firefighting Staff is less than other staff. Sensation Seeking in Firefighting Staff is more than nurses and other staff and in nurses is more than other staff. The results indicate that the combination of professional responsibilities, social responsibilities and facing with exciting position, increases burnout and Sensation Seeking in the nurses and Firefighting Staff and reduces their Psychological Well-being. Thus, considering the outcomes of this study, actions needed for reduction of burnout, Sensation Seeking balancing and improved Psychological Well-being of nurses and Firefighting Staff can be done.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه فرسودگی شغلی، بهزیستی روانشناختی و هیجان¬خواهی پرستاران و پرسنل آتش¬نشانی با سایر کارکنان بود. روش این پژوهش، علی- مقایسه¬ای است. جامعه آماري این پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران و پرسنل آتش¬نشانی مرد و کلیه مردان شاغل در سایر مشاغل در سال 95-1394 می¬باشد. تعداد 30 نفر از پرستاران و تعداد 30 نفر از پرسنل آتش¬نشانی به روش نمونه¬گیری خوشه¬ای و تعداد 30 نفر نیز از افراد شاغل در سایر مشاغل به همین روش انتخاب و نمونه پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل دادند. برای جمع¬آوری داده¬ها از پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مازلاک (MBI)، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (RPWS) و پرسشنامه هیحان-خواهی آرنت (AISS) استفاده شد. داده¬های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (مانوا) و آزمون تعقیبی LSD تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران بیشتر از پرسنل آتش¬نشانی و سایر کارکنان و در پرسنل آتش¬نشانی بیشتر از سایر کارکنان است. بهزیستی روانشناختی در پرستاران کمتر از پرسنل آتش¬نشانی و سایر کارکنان و در پرسنل آتش¬نشانی کمتر از سایر کارکنان است. هیجان¬خواهی در پرسنل آتش¬نشانی بیشتر از پرستاران و سایر کارکنان و در پرستاران بیشتر از سایر کارکنان است.. نتایج حاکی از آن است که توأم شدن مسئولیت¬های حرفه¬ای و مسئولیت¬های اجتماعی و مواجه شدن با موقعیت¬های پرهیجان، فرسودگی شغلی و هیجان¬خواهی را در پرستاران و پرسنل آتش¬نشانی بالا می¬برد و بهزیستی روانی آن¬ها را پایین می¬آورد. لذا با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، می¬توان اقدامات لازم را جهت کاهش فرسودگی شغلی، متعادل¬سازی هیجان¬خواهی و ارتقای بهزیستی روانشناختی پرستاران و پرسنل آتش¬نشانی انجام داد. | ||||
