Abstract

In order to phytochemical study of various thymus species, an experiment was carried out in five years. 69 accessions of thymus species were cultivated in experimental field of Agriculture Natural resource Research center of Ardebil province (Samian station). All samples were collected at flowering time (50%). Collected plants transferred to lab and dried on shadow. Then, they grinned and essential oil extraction was done by Clevenger apparatus (Pharmacopoeia Britanica) for 3 years. Essential oil compounds were identified By gas chromatography (G.C) and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC/MS). The highest carvacrol percentage in 2009 were obtained in 37.71 and 3 accessions, respectively (Th.vulgaris, Th.migricus and Th. kotschyanus). The highest thymol percentage in 2oo9 was obtained in. 74.70 and 53 accessions, respectively (Th.fedtchenkoi, Th.kotschyanus and Th.pubescens). The highest geraniol percentage in 2009 was obtained in 47, 55 and 45 accessions, respectively (Th.kotschyanus×Th.pubescens, Th.pubescens and. Th.lancifolius). Persian Abstract: به منظور بررسي فيتوشيميايي اسانس در طي سالهاي 1388، 1389 و 1390، 69 اكسشن ازگونه¬هاي مختلف آويشن، كاشته شده در مزرعه تحقيقاتي سامیان وابسته به مرکز تحقيقات کشاورزي و منابع طبيعي استان اردبیل در زمان 50 درصد گلدهي جمع آوري شدند.گياهان جمع آوري شده پس از انتقال به آزمايشگاه درسايه خشك شده وآسياب شدند. استخراج اسانس از تمامي اكسشن¬ها به روش تقطير باآب وتوسط دستگاه كلونجر طرح فارماكوپه بريتانيا براي مدت سه سال انجام گرفت. اسانس¬هاي بدست آمده مربوط به سال 1388 بااستفاده ازدستگاه¬هاي گازكروماتوگرافي GC وگازكروماتوگرافي متصل به طيف سنجي جرمي GC/MSآناليزوتركيبهاي شيميايي آنها شناسايي شدند. در طي سال 1388 بيشترين تركيب تيمول مربوط به اكسشن‌هاي 74، 70 و 53 یعنی Th.fedchenkoi، Th.kotschyanus و Th.pubescensبه ترتیب با24/63، 06/63 و5/62 درصد، بيشترين تركيب كارواكرول مربوط به اكسشن‌هاي 37 ، 71 و3 یعنی Th.vulgaris ،Th.migricus و Th.kotschyanus به ترتیب با94 /79 ،62/49 و87/48 درصد و بيشترين تركيب ژرانيول با 17/72 ،89/61 و02/52 درصد به ترتيب مربوط به اكسشن‌هاي 47، 55 و 45 یعنی هیبرید Th.kotschyanus*Th.pubescens، Th.pubescens وTh.lancifolius بودند . كلمات كليدي : اکسشن ، اسانس ،تیمول،کارواکرول ، ژرانیول ، استان اردبیل
