Abstract
The growing neglect of the agricultural sector, on the one hand, and population growth on the other hand has caused the villagers to deteriorate day by day. In this regard, most development planners seek to reduce the backwardness and development of rural areas. The present research is a descriptive-analytical study aimed at determining the level of agricultural development in rural districts of Tabriz city and ranking them using Vikor method. For this purpose, eight agricultural indicators with 28 sub-criteria were used. The weight of the indices was determined using the paired comparison method and all the analysis steps were performed in the EXCEL environment. Finally, the GIS software was used to draw maps. The results of the survey on the development status of rural districts of Tabriz showed that all six villages are in a developing status.

| Persian Abstract: | کارکرد اصلی مناطق روستایی در جهان سوم، کشاورزی است و به دلیل تأثیر ویژه آن بر اشتغال، تعدیل فقر و درآمد، امنیت غذایی و خودکفایی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. بی توجهی روزافزون به بخش کشاورزی از یک سو و رشد جمعیت از سوی دیگر سبب شده تا وضع زندگی روستائیان روز به روز بدتر شود. در همین راستا بیشتر برنامه¬ریزان توسعه درصدد کاهش ابعاد عقب¬ماندگی و توسعه مناطق روستایی هستند. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و با هدف تعیین سطح توسعه¬یافتگی کشاورزی دهستان¬های شهرستان تبریز و رتبه¬بندی این دهستان¬ها از لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص¬های توسعه کشاورزی با استفاده از روش¬ ویکور می¬باشد. بدین منظور از 8 شاخص کشاورزی با 28 زیر شاخص استفاده شد. وزن شاخص¬ها با استفاده از روش مقایسه زوجی تعیین و کلیه مراحل تحلیل در محیط EXCEL انجام و در نهایت برای ترسیم نقشه¬ها از نرم¬افزار GIS استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی وضعیت توسعه دهستان¬های شهرستان تبریز نشان داد که هر 6 دهستان در وضعیت در حال توسعه می¬باشند. |
