Abstract

This study was carried out in a research farm of Agricultural Research Center of Agricultural and Natural Resources of Ardebil province in a randomized complete block design with 8 treatments and 3 replications. The experimental treatments consisted of 7 bean hop lines along with control cultivars of the area (Barekat cultivar). The results of analysis of variance showed that the traits of the day to the beginning of podding, number of branches per plant, plant height and bean seed yield were affected by the effect of cultivars. The highest bean plant height was obtained for G-FABA-145, G-FABA-520, G-FABA-20 and G-FABA-133 cultivars and the lowest recorded for blanc cultivar. The results showed that, except for the G-FABA-20 and G-FABA-1-1 cultivars, the other cultivars had the highest number of branches per plant. The results showed that the G-FABA-145 cultivar had the highest number of days until podding. After that, the G-FABA-1-2 and G-FABA-133 cultivars were ranked next. The results showed that G-FABA-145 and G-FABA-133 cultivars had the highest seed yield among different treatments.
