Abstract

Healthy food has an effective role in preventing diseases and increasing human life span. Today, increase in usage of chemical manure and pesticide to produce more agricultural products has been caused a lot of problems. However, education of farmers can help to manage the problems, but finding methods to reduce remained pesticide and manure into the products cause to decrease human health risk and hence, help to a healthy nutrition. Different researches have been performed on methods of reduction of remained pesticide in agricultural products. Review of these methods can be suitable to make application of them in the post-harvesting processes. Therefore, in the present research, previous studies on the methods of reduction of the remained pesticides have been reviewed.
