Abstract
Studies on different herbicides had shown that these compounds had poor environmental effects due to their low stability and entry into groundwater. The use of plants that have allelopathic properties has been considered today. In order to investigate the effect of Russian knapweed aqueous extract formulated and unformulated with chitosan as bio-herbicide on some growth indices of Pigweed, a factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replications at weeds laboratory of the faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources of University of Mohaghegh Ardebili during 2017 cropping season. The first factor was formulated concentrations and aqueans extract, the second factor was 7 concentrations of Russian knapweeds extract. To prepare the formulated extract of Russian knapweed, 300 ml sodium triphosphate plus chitosan were added to a specific amount of aqueous extract of Russian knapweed. 10 cc of each solutions were added to each petridishes. The results of germination percentage in the interaction effects of different concentrations of aqueous extract on the Pigweed showed that with increasing the extract concentration, the inhibitory effect of the extract was more intense than the low concentrations, so that at 20% Germination was 100% greater than control treatment, and the lowest inhibitory concentration at 0.625 was obtained from the formulated extract with 9.83% reduction compare to the control treatment. The highest stem length and root length were obtained in the treatment of 0.625% without chitosan solution and the lowest in chitosan formulated extract at 5, 10 and 20%, so that the extracts formulated with chitosan Reduce stem and root lengths by 100% in compare to the control.

| Persian Abstract: | بررسي¬ها نشان داده است که علفكش¬ها به علت پايداري كم و نيز ورود به آبهاي زيرزميني، اثرات نامناسب زيست محيطي به دنبال دارند. استفاده از گیاهانی که دارای خاصیت آللوپاتیک می¬باشند امروزه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور برای بررسي اثر عصاره آبي تلخه بصورت فرموله شده با كيتوزان به عنوان علفكش زيستي و فرموله نشده بر روي برخي شاخص هاي رشدي علف¬هرز تاج¬خروس، آزمایشی به صورت فاكتوريل دو عاملي در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي در 3 تكرار در آزمايشگاه دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه محقق اردبيلي در سال 1396 اجرا شد. فاكتور اول عصاره¬هاي فرموله شده و عصاره آبي تلخه، و فاكتور دوم 7 غلظت عصاره گياه تلخه بود. براي تهيه عصاره تلخه به صورت فرموله شده به مقدار مشخصي از عصاره آبي تلخه، 300 ميلي¬ليتر تري¬پلي¬فسفات¬سديم +كيتوزان اضافه شد. به هر پتري ديش مقدار 10 سي¬سي از هر محلول اضافه شد. نتایج درصد جوانهزنی نشان داد با افزایش غلظت عصاره، میزان بازدارندگی افزایش پیدا کرده، به طوری که در غلظت 20%، کاهش درصد جوانهزنی در تاج¬خروس 100% نسبت به تیمار شاهد بود، همچنین کمترین بازدارندگی در غلظت 625/0 از عصاره فرموله شده با کاهش 83/9% نسبت به تیمار شاهد اتفاق افتاد. بیشترین میزان طول ساقهچه و طول ریشهچه در تیمار 625/0 درصد بدون محلول کیتوزان و کمترین آن در تیمار عصاره فرموله شده با کیتوزان در غلظتهای 5 و10 و 20 درصد بدست آمد، بطوری¬که عصاره فرموله شده با کیتوزان طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه را نسبت به شاهد 100 درصد کاهش داد. |
