Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the technical characteristics of the possibility of using algae as a source of biofuel production in Iran. Factors such as social status factor, knowledge and expertise factor, promotion factor, education and production attitude factor were investigated in the research process. The sample size of the study was 115 experts in this field and related organizations. A researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.98 was used for data collection and Spss24 and Amos24 software were used for data analysis. The results show that economic sanctions do not have the effect of providing technology, but the infrastructure is not available in the country. The market for each product must be socially, economically and culturally relevant to the market and its production infrastructure. Summarizing the respondents 'answers to the two research questions, it can be concluded that the respondents' view was that the attitude of production to biofuel production from algae is of high importance. The attitude to production includes the whole organizational bureaucracy for the production of biofuels and social and cultural approaches to this type of production and replace it with fossil fuels. Respondents say that they believe that the first production must be created in the social and cultural structure of society and then the production is to be produced. It is recommended to investigate the environmental, social and cultural characteristics of biofuel production from algae because these types of fuels should be investigated from different aspects.
