Abstract
In research centers for cereal breeding, in many cases, single plant or cluster is required to threshing for investigation the grain characteristics. Hence, it is necessary the use of a laboratory threshing unit with a low capacity. It's hard to threshing some barley varieties with hand and It takes a lot of time. The purpose of this study was to test and evaluate a laboratory threshing unit of a single plant or one cluster with conventional barley varieties in Ardabil province. In this research, the performance of a laboratory threshing unit (threshing losses and damaged grain percent) in application with three cultivars (CD88, Macoei, Jolgheh), three grain values (30, 40, 50 g), three blade rotational speeds (550, 650 and 750 rpm) and threshing time with two levels (20 and 25 s) were investigated. The inverter was used to change the velocity of the blade. The blade's distance from the bottom of the cylinder was 3 mm. It is applied three factors complete randomized design for analysis of data. The results of analysis of variance of data showed that the effects of independent factors as well as the interactive effects included varieties, grain value, blade rotational speed and threshing times were significant on threshing losses and percentage of damaged grains. The highest and lowest mean losses were allocated to the CD 88 variety and the Jolghe with the values of 6.978 and 3.957 %, respectively. The highest and lowest grain losses were obtained in the cluster value of 50 and 30 g with the values of 8.022 and 3.0528%, respectively. The lowest threshing losses were achieved at a rotational speed of 750 rpm with values of 1.035%. With a change in the threshing time from 20 to 25 s, the mean of threshing losses fell from 6.385 to 4.210%. The means of the main effects of factors and more than 90% of interactions on the percentage of damaged grains was less than 1%.

Persian Abstract: | در مراکز تحقیقاتی بهنژادی و بهزراعی غلات، در بسیاری از موارد، یک بوته از محصول درو و کوبش آن برای بررسی و شناخت دقیق خصوصیات دانه ضرورت دارد. هدف از این تحقیق آزمون و ارزیابی یک واحد کوبش آزمایشگاهی در آزمایش با چند رقم جو متداول در استان اردبیل بود. در این تحقیق عملکرد یک واحد کوبش آزمایشگاهی در کاربرد با سه رقم CD88)، ماکویی، جلگه )، مقدار دانه (30، 40، g 50 ( ، دور تیغه (550، 650 و rpm 750 ) زمان کوبش (20و s 25 ) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای تغییر دور تیغه کوبش از یک اینورتور استفاده شد. از طرح آزمایشی چهار عامله بلوک کامل تصادفی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده هااستفاده شد. نتایج آنالیز واریانس داده ها نشان داد که اثرات عوامل مستقل و همچنین اثرات متقابل مورد آزمایش شامل رقم، مقدار دانه، سرعت دورانی تیغه و زمان کوبش بر تلفات کوبش و درصد دانه های آسیب دیده معنی دار بود. بیشترین و کمترین تلفات دانه در مقادر خوشه 50 و g 30 با مقادیر 022/8 و 528/3 % بدست آمد. کمترین تلفات کوبش در سرعت دورانی rpm 750 با مقادیر 035/1% حاصل شد.. میانگین اثرات اصلی عوامل بر درصد دانه های صدمه دیده کمتر از 1% بود. |
