Abstract
Considering that today one of the basic human needs of organic products is due to its comprehensive attention to sustainable development and the reduction of problems and problems arising from conventional agriculture in today's world for human societies. The purpose of this paper is to outline the nature and benefits and barriers of organic production, criteria and requirements for authorized materials to be used in the production of these products and presenting a summary of the changes in the organic laws of the European Union to demonstrate the efforts made to ensure organic consumers.
