Abstract
Considering of limitation of water source and also huge share of Agriculture section in consumption of global water, different countries had special investments on irrigation infrastructure and helping to create community infrastructure in irrigation systems that one of the most important consequence in this basis is creation of water users’ association. Since the one of the suitable Criterion for evaluation and comparing Managements revenue of water users’ association Maragheh County is Financial Ratios, in this study with Comparison for five association shows three ratio operating and maintenance rates, cost of operation and maintenance to the volume of delivery water and sustainable utilization 0f irrigable lands ratio that Khusheh-mehr water users’ association has the most suitable situation among association that we studied about them. so using Khusheh-mehr water users’ association’ experience will be an effective step in aims advancement.

| Persian Abstract: | نظر به محدودیت منابع آبی و سهم بزرگ بخش کشاورزی در مصرف آب جهانی، کشورهای مختلف سرمایه¬گذاری¬های ویژه¬ای روی ظرفیت¬سازی و کمک به ایجاد زیر ساخت¬های اجتماعی در سیستم¬های آبیاری کرده¬اند که یکی از مهمترین دستاوردها در این زمینه ایجاد تشکل¬های آب¬بران است. با توجه به اینکه یکی از معیارهای مناسب برای ارزیابی و مقایسه کارکردهای مدیریتی تشکل¬های آب¬بران شهرستان مراغه، نسبت¬های مالی می¬باشد. در این مطالعه با مقایسه سه نسبت هزینه¬های بهره¬برداری و نگهداری، هزینه¬ بهره¬برداری و نگهداری به حجم آب تحویلی و نسبت بهره¬برداری پایدار از اراضی قابل آبیاری برای پنج تشکل نشان داده ¬شد که تشکل آب¬بران خوشه¬مهر وضعیت مناسب¬تری نسبت به دیگر تشکل¬های آب¬بران دارد. لذا استفاده از تجربیات این تشکل¬آب¬بران گامی موثر در جهت پیشبرد اهداف خواهد بود. |
